I appreciate that the airport trasnfer was smooth and hassle free. Check in was quick and there were nearby eating places. The airport transfer was on time and very efficient. The rooms were clean and complete with toothbrushes and slippers. One owuld not expect those things for a quick overnight stay hotel. The only reason I could not give it a 5 star is because the rooms look a bit tired.
Very near to airport. Nice view and very clean hotel. The staff very welcoming and polite. We arrived from Malaysia around midnight yet still able to catch free shuttle bus from Haneda airport to this hotel. This hotel location also near to train station so easy for us to go to Tokyo town the next day.
We stayed here for one night only as we landed late in Haneda. Considering not to take bus/train to Shinjuku from the airport, thus we stay at here. The direction to the shuttle bus area could be improved (at the hotel website), as I found it hard a bit to understand. Overall experience is good with the hotel.
We were recommended this hotel as we had a flight transfer the next day, this hotel is only 10 mins drive from Haneda Airport and is accessible via the free shuttle bus. There is a train station 5 mins walk away to take you to the city. The surrounding area consist of various small restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel consists of 2 buildings, we were roomed in the west wing, which is about 100 metres away from the main building, according to the hotel staff, this wing although smaller is a totally non-smoking wing. It consist of a check in counter and a small restaurant which only opens for breakfast. The room is very modern and clean but very very small, my wife and I could hardly manoeuvre with our luggages in the room, the bathroom is equally small. It has a fridge and hot water kettle and only green tea is provided. Also provided are pyjamas and an assortment of toiletries for both men and women. The train journey to Tokyo city such as Shibuya etc will take you around 45mins with a transfer at Shinagawa station. Breakfast as pretty basic with mostly breads, pastries and a few other dishes. The hotel messed up our group's transfer from Haneda domestic terminal to the hotel and again from the hotel to Haneda International Terminal although our tour guide had already arranged. Upon arriving at Haneda International Terminal, the driver stopped us so far from the drop off point although there were spaces available nearer.
Although a 10 minute ride from Haneda airport the hotel is fine and is cheaper than at airport, more friendly and has convenient local eateries. There is a free shuttle to/from airport but this does not operate afternoons. Just over the road there are several small Chinese, Japanese and Indian restaurants and a lovely 'Book Café"
Stayed for one night in transit to Manila. Easy access directly from Haneda International terminal by Keikiu line. Just 2-3 stations away. 3 min walk to the hotel after you go over the overpass when you exit the train. Ticket is approx ¥200. Also, you pass a 7-11 to stock up on goodies. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Rooms are small, but sufficient for a layover. Also, it’s a perfect location to further sightsee and explore Tokyo. Not inexpensive, but par course for Tokyo.
Travellers who stay in this area naturally wants to be connected to Haneda Airport (due to late arriving flight or early morning departing flight). Review is based on this perspective. Hotel is next to airport but not walkable, have to take the free hotel shuttle (to note there are other hotels which are directly linked to Haneda Airport itself). Room is small and very basic. I had a bad experience with the hotel. A week before check-in, I emailed hotel to arrange for pick up and drop off from Haneda Airport with specific date and time. Upon check in, I told them again that I'll need to reserve the shuttle to airport early tomorrow morning. The point of my gesture is so they're aware that I will be using the bus to airport. The check in staff told me there's shuttle 630am and 700am which I respond okay, I'll take the shuttle at this time tomorrow. I'm 100pct sure none of the staff which I've emailed, spoken to took note of this. As when I came to lobby for the 7am bus exactly at 655am, the front desk staff told me rudely (and not apologetic at all) that the bus had left and I need to wait for 730am bus. I checked my clock again and said, IT IS NOT 7AM YET why has the bus left? The point is I've told them like 10 times I'll be using the morning shuttle to the airport, the staff do not take note guest request, there's no phone call to room, and the bus just left BEFORE 7AM without me. Worse part is they're not even apologetic and just expect me to take bus half an hour later which I'd missed my flight. Only after I sternly insisted did they put me on a van and send me to airport. Extremely horrible and poor service
Good hotel close to to the Tokyo Haneda airport Professopnal staff, Good brekfast, japanese, asian, Eurpean style, staff is friendly, room small, but clean . Another restaurants around the hotel available , hotel provide free transportation to the airport
<10 mins complimentary shuttle bus ride to and from Haneda International terminal. Service good but rooms rather small, though in line with much of Tokyo's hotel rooms. ~5min walk to train station with a direct connection to Shinagawa should you need to take the JR. Just opposite a Sukiya which serves decent and cheap food 24/7 and a convenience store.
Very smooth and friendly shuttle bus service, followed by friendly service on arrival at the hotel. The rooms are clean and small as you would expect them from a Tokyo hotel. Very good option if arriving late at Haneda!
