Beautiful hotel with English speaking persons at front desk. We enjoyed their breakfast. I had motion sickness and my stomach was upset but they served okai (soft rice) which made me feel good. I ended up eating it every day along with the other choices. I had a mouth guard which I wrapped in a napkin. I forgot it but they didn't throw it away. They noticed it and had kept it on the side for me! They had free bottled water. We finally figured that the best exit from Aoyama-Itchome station is exit 4 south gate that goes through a shopping area. 3 subway lines stop here so it makes traveling in Tokyo very easy. The Ginza line is the closest to this exist/entrance. The room we chose was clean and neat. Small but good enough for us.

This was an excellent value hotel. The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean and breakfast was good. The rooms and bathroom are small but I expected that. Subway stations are an easy walk. I would stay here again

Western bed in small clean Japanese room. Incredibly helpful staff and awesome complimentary breakfast! Great location with plenty to see in all directions away from the hotel.

Very friendly, affordable hotel with a great free breakfast for foreign visitors. Rooms are clean, comfortable but very small. Very nice location amid green parks and only 5 to 10 minute walk to several subway stations and near to bustling Tokyo Midtown and Rapongi Hills. Walk to JR train line (for those with JR Rail Pass) is a bit further - about 15 to 20 minutes

It was very good business hotel. Clean, nice amenities, location, overall was very nice. Have been in bigger hotels, but for a few days for only 1 person....was very nice.

Very simple hotel with small rooms and bed but we still enjoyed our stay at this place. It was a single bed and my husband and I just had to make sure we fit. Close to the Jr transits. Staff were friendly. Free bottled water. Great breakfast, surprised they had salmon for breakfast. Close to a lot of things and we enjoyed walking at night to go to stores. Or take the train to go to other districts that are close by (ropponggi, akihabara, etc) I recommend this place and if the bed size is not something that you can live with just book a room with 2 beds. WiFi in the lobby only.

This was a quick stop on the road to Nagoya from Narita. It was a perfect stay albeit a little hard to find. The plan was to take the Tokyo Metro but I was way too tired and overwhelmed by Tokyo. I gave up and asked a cabbie who delivered me just in time to go to bed. Staff was polite and cheerful. Breakfast offered something for everyone.

This hotel overall was very good. Great location, clean, firendly staff, good breakfast with nice cappuccinos.

perfect hotel in tokyo. this is our 2nd stay 1st quarter 2014 and last stay december..2014 same year

Very nice hotel, good breakfast, location close to subways.

Excellent hotel, just 8 mins walk to Subway, Breakfast american buffett included. Free wifi. Staff very helpful and speak english.

The five top - clean, every day - quiet, day & night - friendliness & kindness - environment, a good neigborhood - functionality, everything works Bonus track... - price

Small room as expected, very clean and in great condition. I liked the staff and the breakfast had a great selection in a room big enough for everyone. The laundry facility was convenient.

Honestly, this might be the best value hotel in Tokyo. The location couldnt be better. It wont break the bank. It's not a luxury hotel, but for what it is, the staff couldnt be nicer and the atmosphere is friendly.

Hotel is close to two entries to the Subways so it was easy for me to walk to the hotel upon coming from one of the exits. Everyone I spoke with at the hotel spoke English and was extremely helpful. WiFi is available in the Hotel Lobby 24hrs a day. My room was clean with slippers and a robe waiting. The bathroom was perfect with updated utilities especially for the price it was exceptional. Breakfast came free and was eggs, ham, fish, soup, juices, coffee, croissants al carte. If your going to Shinanomachi or Shinjuku this is perfect even the Akihabara is only minutes away by subway. Couldn't have worked out better for me.

Nice hotel in quiet neighborhood. Excellent services from all staff. Good free breakfast. Many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Walking distance to subway station.

Convenient location, Very helpful and courteous staff, Free Wi Fi but in lobby only Free breakfast was convenient but eggs, sausage and bacon just OK. Great cafe latte and croissants!

The Best hotel you can choose in tokyo, located in a nice neighborhood,2 blocks from 2 tokyo metro lines, nice staff and breakfast included is delicious!! Home made bread!!

First let me say the greatest thing about this hotel is that the staff speaks english very well and is excellent in providing directions to any place you want to go (their lobby also has many maps and brouchers in multiple languages). Second favorite thing is that foreign passport holders recieve a free complimentary breakfast buffet for the duration of their stay. This saved me a great deal of money because I would stuff my self on their eastern and western style offerings and then take off to tour Tokyo without needing another meal until way late into the afternoon. I often only ate twice a day because.of the portion of breakfast I would eat. The location of the hotel is excellent. Leaving Narita airpoty, I took the Keisei Skyliner to Ueno station, transferred over.to the Ginza line and road that all the way to Aoyama Itchome station which is about a five to ten minute walk from the hotel (the station also has signs telling you which exit to take to get to the hotel). The hotel didnt have many amenities as far as having a pool or gym but I didnt travel to the other side of the world to swim in a pool or workout. They have free wifi in their lobby which was perfect for me and free complimentary bottles of water which I took everytime before I left. There are some vending machines containing beer, food, and drinks on the second floor and a vending machine that sells cigarettes on the first floor. The location of the hotel is awesome. Its in Minato and is short walking distance from some great places. I walked to Jingu stadium and watched the Yakult Swallows host the Henshin Tigers. I walked to Tokyo Midtown and saw the Godzilla in the park. There is plenty of places to eat including German, English, Indian food stops. Its a safe neighborhood, two convenience stores located extremely close buy (great for late night snacks and beer runs). The metro station that is close by is only a few stops from Harajuku, Meiji Shrine, and Shibuya. The Ginza line will also take you all the way to Asakusa and drop you off about one hundred meters North from Akihabara. I loved this hotel and cant think of any reason not to stay with them again when I visit Tokyo in the future.

Couldn't have been better situated and an excellent value.
