One of the nicer places that we have stayed at in Tokyo & Japan. Room is larger and has good amenities. Staff are very helpful and communication is very good. Location is what weve wanted, quiet but accessible to restaurants, shop and subway.

I would rate the property a 5 star but for the fact that it is a 15m walk from the nearest public transport - the Tawaramachi metro station. On hot steamy Tokyo days this walk as one heads out for the day to discover Tokyo and its many attractions leaves one drenched in sweat. Ditto on the return home. Even late at night. Otherwise an excellent place to stay with lots to do in the neighborhood itself.

The staff at this koko hotel location was great for both of our stays. The in room laundry was very convenient, and we used the washer/dryer combo multiple times. I stayed with my siblings, and we would come back again in the future.

My family of 4 (adults) fully enjoyed the Koko Hotel, the location was amazing and located by many of the tourist destinations we wanted to experience, or within a short rail service or taxi ride. The hotel staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly, this made our stay feel very comfortable. The room was bigger than anticipated, with all the necessary amenities we needed. The detail to cleanliness was obvious as soon as we walked in the room, amazing is all I can say! Cheers! Rob N
