The room is clean and nice with an interesting space layout but a little dangerous for tall people. The service and staffs are very professional yet friend. The extra tour and activities (DJ at night) available is a nice offerings at the hotel. Overall a 5 of 5.

My family of 5 loved our stay. We highly recommend this place. The staff and service was incredible. Efficient, clean and very helpful. It provided a decent space for us and our luggage for a short stay. It was very close to train station. It had great shopping within walking distance. And only a few stops away from some very popular places in Tokyo. Thank you again.

Clever loft bed design with lots of storage makes this room feel a lot larger than it was. Slept 2 adults and a child very comfortably. Area was very convenient as it was on the Yamamote Line and lots of restaurants close by. Enjoyed that it wasn't too busy in the area.

It was really nice stay during our family. The loccation is very close to Otuska station. The room bit small but it is cosy and clean. Also, staffs are very nice and friendly!

Staff and amenities at the hotel are excellent. Beautiful rooms. My kids loved the loft bed. Very comfortable beds, and AC worked very well. It's clean, modern and well appointed. Privacy blinds in the room which was nice. Bathroom really nice with a separate shower room. Just be careful because the clearance for the low bed is low so you do need to duck if you are over 5'7". I'm 5'9" so it's a little tight, but nothing to complain about if you are careful. The breakfast was excellent. Various risotto's for breakfast, which was unique. A little more variety would have been nice, but it was still good. You only have the choice of around 5 breakfast options, 4 of which are risotto. They were really good though. My kids loved the chill vibe of the lobby and dining area.

This was our favorite hotel in Tokyo. It was modern, well- designed and very clean. They were clear about everything and staff was helpful. We were able to leave our luggage there after check out and explore. Right next to the station- awesome location near a Daisyo and DonQuixote

Beautiful, trendy hotel that has the most perfection location! Just 2 minute walk from the train station that is one stop from Ikebukuro. This place is perfect! The family room layout is also an incredible efficient use of space. We loved staying here so much! Away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to everything.

Perfect location 5 minute walk from Otsuka JR station. Area is outside of busy tourist areas, more local food and shopping options. Hotel was spotless, staff went above and beyond to make stay enjoyable. On site restaurant great for breakfast. Free walking tours of the area. DJ and activities in lobby area in the evening.
