The hotel itself was easy to get to, and there are 2 stations nearby which allowed us to get to all the tourist spots with ease. The staff was very friendly and professional, had no problem with check-in, reception explained everything in English. The room had all the essential amenities and more, fresh towels were provided every day.

It is away from hustle and bustle of Shibuya, Shinjuku and other touristy places but equally convenient to get around. JR and metro lines are both very accessible.

Would definitely stay here again. Everything perfect. Only area for improvement is room size and space but it’s a prime location in Tokyo so it’s to be expected. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Spent one night in a semi- double. Probably the smallest room my wife and I have ever stayed in but we found it cosy, quiet, and incredibly clean. I’m 5’10 and if I was my taller my head would have probably touched the ceiling in the shower but the pressure was fantastic and it was instantly hot. The 10am checkout is earlier than we’re used to but they stored our luggage while we spent a few hours exploring Tokyo. Price was very affordable. Would stay again.

Onsite public onsen - was not busy and very clean. Two lifts made short waiting times. Room was better and slightly bigger than some other hotels in Tokyo. Shower you walk into rather than step over bath/shower basin.

We enjoyed our stay at Kazusaya. Minutes walk away from subway station and the area we close to a hugh end street filled with food, fashion and gift shopping. Area of hotel was quiet. Bed was comfortable, space was enough to fit our to large luggages. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all questions we had and even helped us transfer our luggage to our next location. Room was clean and cozy. Hotel is very close to Subway stations and plenty of food and bars. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo.
