This is our second stay at this hotel and loved it. Although small rooms but that is somewhat typical of Japan so to be expected. Very comfy bed and not to mention the amenities were great too. I would stay here again! Only a 3 min walk to Akihabara station.

Everything was convenient. Lovely staff. Easy walk into Akihabara station across a bridge or a short walk to electric street from another down the way. Lots of food options and the restaurant is very very good Italian at night. AC and room were cleanly. Very stylish. Family mart and Lawson are nearby with plenty of drink machines along the way, room is a bit small but shower and view is great of the river. Plenty of amenities available. Nice quiet reserve for a Tokyo trip and is very quiet despitbeing so close to Akihabara it’s comfy. Only downsides: breakfast was the same everyday. Tons of options but the same each day. Both the lobby and restaurant can get a bit cramped when busy and each morning for checkout it’s packed. General tip: travel light. We had too many bags. Also there is no shuttle directly from Narita but they provide good tips on getting around depending on your needs. Like bus stops and trains to take.

Decent hotel for the price. They provide many services, and staff try to assist to the best of their abilities. Location is great if you want to be close to Akihabara. Only drawback that there was some rubbish on the floor of our room when we first arrived. But all in all a good stay for the city.

The hotel has a nice, cute vibe, but the rooms are extremely small—you can only open one carry-on at a time. One side of the bed is pressed against the wall, so if two average-sized people stay, someone will keep bumping elbows or knees. The bathroom is equally cramped. Lesson learned: unless traveling solo, book rooms over 118 sq ft. Breakfast was underwhelming. It’s not about Western option, but there weren’t real Japanese choices either—just one fish, plain rice, curry with steamed rice, miso soup, a few vegetables, and sliced banana for fruit. The photos online make it look much better than it is. If you have food allergies, there are no alternatives. No coffee machine either, just a warmer with basic drip, which is frustrating since most coffee shops in Japan open late.

Absolutely fantasic hotel. Could not fault it. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is absolutely perfect, and this had one of the best breakfasts I've had at hotels in Japan. When I'm back in Tokyo I'm definitely staying here again.

Close to train stations and convenient stores. Staff helpful and friendly. The room size is small but ok for 1 guest. Good sized bathroom. Split system air conditioner in the room was good and kept the room cool during the hot weather in Tokyo at the time of visiting. Water refill station in the lobby was great. Breakfast buffet was reasonable.

The staffs are incredibly nice and the breakfast is a steller experience. But you get what you pay for in that the rooms are tiny, I mean literally you won't have floor space to open up your luggage. You will have to put it on top a little sitting area or to put it on top of the bed. It was the smallest hotel room I've ever been in so far but I didn't mind it because I was traveling alone. But if you have more than one person, it's a no-go.
