Just not what was shown on their profile on Expedia. Was expecting a clean room for my son to crash and this was literally a prison style room with no windows, or natural light

We enjoyed our stay at Tokyu Stay Ginza! We preferred the quieter area of Ginza, and it was great being able to walk to both the Ginza and Tokyo stations. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was nice. While smaller (typical for Tokyo), we still had enough room for our suitcases, and the layout made it feel more spacious. The bathroom was a good size too. We were also able to do some laundry, which was great (though prepare for it to take 3 hours for a full wash/dry cycle or hanging clothes to dry instead). The breakfast buffet was good and reasonably priced, and in a great restaurant area of the hotel as well. Overall, we'd recommend this hotel.

Great option for staying in Tokyo. Clean, reliable hotel with a great location. The decor felt dated and the room could've been a bit cleaner (namely a few hairs in the bathroom). The room was also incredibly small even with paying extra for a larger room. But overall, I would recommend if staying in the Ginza area and the staff was fantastic.

We booked a superior room. The room is only 269 sq ft but nice & clean. It’s a short walk to Ginza shopping plaza. Staff are friendly and courteous. We will stay here again.

GREAT LOCATIONS, small room

Nice hotel and great area for shoppinng and food. There's a sky hop tour bus, go to the right of main hotel entrance, cross street and go left (cdross street) and and you will find stop a few feet away. (Hotel employees didn't know where stop was) Room was so very small. No real place for luggage, we were crammed in room. It was nice to have washer/dryer in room. Bathroom nice size. Pillows not so comfortable, bed okay. Checkin is strictly at 3 pm. No early checkin. Let you leave luggage. All in all a good place to stay.

VERY simple and provide basic needs. Not fancy due for a renovation. Carpet had lots of stains which made the experience not as clean although it is. Lots of good restaurants around! Good for longer stay, the washing machine is great! Needs more hangers and hanging spaces.
