Attention to detail is apparent in this hotel. The staff is professionally welcoming. The rooms are emaculate. The options for bath products, tea, coffee are many, I enjoyed making those choices.

This is our 3rd time staying at Tokyu Stay Ginza and we will definitely continue to stay at this property. Overall the room sizes like other Japanese room sizes are on the smaller size so we upgrade to the residential room for extra space. The staff are helpful and the amenities are great including the washer/dryer, air purifier, microwave, etc. and an available delicious buffet. On this trip, we did notice two occasions where we could smell cigarette smoke in our room (non-smoking floor) so we mentioned it on the second occurrence and the staff was quick to investigate and must have found the source as the remainder of our stay was smoke-free. We have been very pleased on all three stays, recommend this property to all of our friends, and will definitely stay again in future trips.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days and we enjoyed our experience there. The location was convenient for us as it was close to train station and Tsukiji market. Room was clean and comfortable. A small improvement would probably be having front staff members who are more willingly to help guests. We asked two front staff to help us make a reservation since we don't speak Japanese but both were very reluctant to help. The first one said we should come back later. We had to convince the second one to make the call. From our past experience, Japanese people tend to love to help others but not sure why the front staff here didn't want to help us.

We only stayed one night unfortunately, but absolutely loved it. Great location close to the train station, Tsukiji market, and food spots. The staff was quick and extremely helpful and I loved that we could pick up free toiletries in the lobby. The room was small, but more than enough for us. It had everything we needed and more. Plus, it was CLEAN. Loved it.

This Is one of the best hotels we've stay at in Japan. Obviously the rooms are small because it's Japan, however the amenities makes up for it. There is a little section in the lobby with tons of free stuff you can take for the room. They give you free water everyday. If you plan on staying long and need to do laundry, you can request a room with a washer dryer. It's such an amazing perk to have. The bathroom is very big and spacious. Big considering it's Japan. The Tokyo Subway is around the corner from the hotel. Love this hotel. We will be back here every time we come to Tokyo.

Reasonably new hotel and very nice features. I highly recommend it. Only downside is that there is no late checkout except if you pay for it. Little bit of a shame but that might be a common feature of hotels in Tokyo. Don't let it put you off though.

This is the second time staying in the new Ginza property in 4 months and we have been very pleased. We looked at other options in other areas but returned on the second trip for the following reasons: 1) Proximity to all the major train lines (Ginza, Higashi-Ginza, Marunochi, JR, etc.) which made it a breeze to walk to the line we wanted as well as local shops, eateries, Tsukiji Open Market, etc. 2) In-Room Amenities (Microwave, Kitchenette-upgrade, Washer/Dryer, Humidifier, Wi-Fi and LAN, etc.) 3) Although the Japan Limousine bus does not stop directly at the property, it does stop at the Courtyard Marriott property which is a short couple of block walk to and from. Overall, we did not have any complaints with the property or staff, we did find the english-instructions in the operation of the AC, Washer/Dryer, etc. not as detailed as we'd needed but we figured it out without much fuss. Note that we did upgrade the room for a slightly larger room with the kitchenette as we enjoyed cooking or eating in-room after a long day. Will definitely consider staying again.

lack of service in particular there is no bellboy for help on check in and check out . and the room very tight . also there is no airport transportation directly from and to hotel..

Location of the hotel was great! Only a few minutes walk from the Ginza Narita Access Bus Stop. Steps away from the train station. Close to everything. Room were small but that's the standard in Tokyo. Staff were friendly, checkin and checkout was fast. An All-In-1 washing & drying machine is inside the room, just expect it that it will take 3-4 hours from start to finish to wash and dry your clothes. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back.

Very convenient location. About 2-3 blocks away from tsukiji market, close to the ginza-hibachi station and the upscale stores. I would love to stay here the next time we come. People of Japan are helpfull despite of the languange barrier. They arr all willing to help directions when lost on the streets.
