Onsen was lovely, room was clean. No breakfast as advertised. Great location with lots of close food options. Close to train station and lots of shopping and park.

Our room was much more spacious than most of the hotels we stayed at while visiting Tokyo. The location was great. Getting to Ueno Station was a breeze and there was delicious food in every direction.

Served its purpose as a basic hotel with great location in the middle of Ueno with lots of access to shops, food, transport. On the cheaper side of accommodation in the area, but was not particularly clean in the room or in the common areas, and the phone in our room was broken. Public bath was a nice touch with reasonable amount of space, but facilities could be cleaner.
