I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am back in Tokyo. Excellent overall. I love the room amenities. The staff are very friendly, real professionals.

Location was excellent near the city train system; could use a set of extra towels in the rooms; airport transportation arrangements were convenient, positive overall experience with the hotel.

As expected from Sheraton, very nice hotel with all amenities. A little inconvenient location although bus service to Shinagawa from 7am and Meguro (10am earliest). Didn't know about the bus prior to arrival, so walked from train station which is not a main station and takes transfer to get to.

Clean, spacious, exceptionally comfortable bed and room; excellent staff in hotel and hotel restaurants. No problem using English if you don't speak Japanese. Easy walk to two different subway stops, Shinagawa train station is a 20-min walk, or ¥1200 cab ride away. Food in restaurant was outstanding but a bit expensive. The only significant flaw was that you could often hear people in adjacent rooms when voices were raised. This could be bothersome in the middle of the night.

The hotel room was a reasonable size by Japanese standards, clean and comfortably furnished. The beds were comfortable too. The bathroom was smaller than we would have liked, it seemed like a plastic bathroom shell that creaked somewhat when walked on, only one sink and a shower curtain not a glass screen. Only one shower head on hose that was a little too short for comfort. Temperature controlled mixer faucet for shower and bath, worked well. Generally a quiet room with no noise from other guests except those passing in the corridor. Service was always prompt and polite, no complaints here. In room internet and entertainment services were adequate and additional services (i.e. cable TV etc...) optional extra. The room furniture looked a little well worn but the carpets and walls were just fine. The closet was very small and not sufficient for a two week stay. Heath Club was adequate and free to Starwood Preferred members. A big plus for the hotel was the location to public transport and being in midst of an upper class residential area, good restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. All in all a good experience. One criticism, the hotel restaurants are overpriced, quality and quantity of food per plate lacking, I suggest you don't eat in the hotel unless its for convenience, much better quality and value for money available elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly. The service from the airport to the hotel was on time and very efficient. The hotel is in a good location, and the staff is always willing to help guide you where you need to go.
