I’m not going to lie, I was not at the hotel very much. However when I was there, the staff was very helpful with luggage forwarding. Rooms are cleaned every three days unless you need them to. There is a toiletry bag left daily at your door with fresh towels and coffee packets. They are very non intrusive! As for the outside, there is a 7eleven right outside, a family mart and the nishishinjuku station is a 2 minute walk! Perfect for all my needs! I will say I have tattoos (6) so I didn’t even try the onset as covering them would be a challenge

The room is very clean. The staff takes customers very seriously. We haven’t asked the room cleaning that day. When we went back the room at night, we had clean bath towels in front of our door. Very thoughtful!

Great location with multiple train stations within 1 block. Rooms are small but comparable to others in Tokyo area. Linens are provided daily. Only thing to be aware of is you cannot control the temperature in the room. So Mae sure to pack accordingly. I went in January and the room was cold

All Tokyo rooms are small. This one had under bed storage so we were not walking around our luggage. The spa (hot tub) was my favorited part of the stay. Special robes are provided. I went in the afternoon after 3 pm and it was not crowded. Next to the hot tub were individual shower stalls and hair dryer areas are in the locker area. Many people mention the breakfast buffet. We were not impressed. After living in Italy, coffee from a machine just didn't do it for us and the food was so so. We were able to find other places to eat in the area by searching for coffee on Google Maps. The hotel is in a great area and Tokyo Opera City is close as is Shinjuku Central Park. Christmas light displays make the park magical at night.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and both experiences were consistently excellent. The rooms are modern, stylish, and feature large flat-screen TVs with stunning skyline views. What makes this property stand out is the on-site Onsen, conveniently located near the laundry and snack shop. The location is unbeatable—literally seconds from the subway and multiple convenience stores, with great dining options just steps away. Shinjuku was about a 15min walk or short ride on the subway. To top it off, the staff is incredibly accommodating and handled our luggage storage seamlessly both before check-in and after checkout."
