The hotel is a bit far from local stations. There is no restaurant around. The hotel provides free breakfast which is fair amount of volume. I chosed a smoking room without noticing it. It's a bit bad for non smoker.

Convenient for business use

It is located not so far from Gotanda station, and even they provide free shuttle bus service from/to the station. Their room is quite ordinary, but they have Japanese common bath on the top floor where we can get relaxed. Free breakfast service is also provided.

Public bath (sento) on the top floor

This is a typical "business hotel" in Tokyo - tiny but clean and cozy room, reasonable price. The building itself looks fairly new. The best part of it is the public bath (sento) on the top floor. Although it's a bit of a walk from the nearest train station (~1km), the bath will compensate for everything else. I'll come back to this place just for this reason alone.

We stayed two nights there

Lovely Hotel and we booked with Expedia at the last minutes. Lovely hotel and they allowed smoking in the room. It a long walk from Gotanda Station especailly with heavy suitcases. Needs taxi. About ten pounds to get there.
