insanely convenient location for subway/train access. this area isn't super touristy so it doesn't get too crazy. only complaint is that the location should be relatively quiet normally but there was quite a bit of construction during our stay, so dealt with a lot of jackhammering until literally 2-3 am some nights.

My first time in Japan and I'm glad I picked this hotel... it was easy to get to on the train from the haneda airport and also from shibuya crossing... the staff was very friendly... the breakfast was good (esp. the chicken karaage)... I loved the washer & dryer and it wasn't too intimidating to figure out how to use... I'd def. stay here again next time I visit japan

Do NOT follow Google Maps walking directions from Sengakuji station (exit 2A) because it take you to an alleyway behind (and WAY ABOVE) the hotel next door. Turn left coming out that exit and it is a short walk on a flat sidewalk. Checking in was fast and friendly. Small but clean and comfy overall.

THIS HOTEL HAS OUR VOTE!

Our experience was by far the best that we have had at hotels. The check in was smooth and efficient which gave us more time to enjoy the rest of the day. You can enter the Subway right on the corner with and enjoy coffee at the shop next to entrance. We left for Osaka and they held 2 pieces of our luggage for 6 days.
