A conveniently located hotel in the heart of Shinjuku providing all the basics of a Tokyo business hotel. The front desk is EXTREMELY helpful in terms of providing directions and suggestions for one's stay. The room was tight, but hey, this is Tokyo and that's to be expected. There are two restaurants in the complex, a convenience store, and an easy walk to Shinjuku station and other subway stations. Goldengai is close. The surrounding area features many seedy looking establishments but safety was not a concern and the street scene added a bit of "colour" to our brief Tokyo visit. Recommended.

Citadines fan!

Great location, very close to a lot of restaurants and to Shinjuku station. So much shopping around. We booked 3 rooms for our group after coming from Citadines Yokohama. The property is a bit older compared to the Yokohama one, maybe a renovation is due soon, but overall very happy staying with any Citadines property!

The nicest most friendly staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, couldn’t do enough for you & always smiling. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the train stations & the shopping area in Shinjuku & the Golden Gai area with all the bars is right next to the hotel. Overall a great hotel in a fantastic location, highly recommended

Small room is expected. Condition of room is outdated especially the bathroom. Sink plug doesn’t stay open, I have to stick a tooth brush handle to hold it up so the water can drain. Breakfast selection is limited. Not worth paying for breakfast.

Reminded us of a sweet well kept boutique hotel. Breakfast buffet was delicious and staff were friendly courteous. Room and hotel is clean. Room was enough since we only brought carry on baggage. Easy access to trains subways and local shopping. Easy walking to many areas. Family mart located next to hotel so that was a plus in grabbing a quick snack. A little loud at times in early morning hours from people celebrating in the famous bar area located behind hotels alleyway. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel.

A real value for money hotel - nice rooms (not big but this is Tokyo), really clean, secure, easy access to shopping in area and metro stations to go further etc. Great value breakfast offering to get the day started. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
