Great service and communication. Was very accommodating even after, through fault of their own, they was a system mishap with Expedia, where a booking change was made and not registered in their system. However staff and FL Hotel made it so we didn't have to do any work on our part.

This hotel was located in a quiet area, not too far from the station and was a good base to travel to and from. In addition to this, there are many shops and restaurants only a few minutes away on foot. The staff are super friendly, attentive, very polite and available around the clock, should you need any assistance. The hotel, let alone the room was extremely clean and I felt the room we had was adequate for two people, I understand most rooms in hotels are quite compact, however we had no issues with space at all. Lastly, thank you to the staff at FL Hotel Asakusa. You have been amazing and I hope we get the opportunity to visit again.
