Couldn't find my reservation through a 3rd party forced-first" latest tech" integrated system that requires somebody to assist you (🤕?!). We must've tried 8X before the other gentleman simply looked me up in their own computer! Rooms were shoe boxes ... you could at least design smarter with storage in mind. Literally NONE. Here's the kicker though ... CENTRALIZED CLIMATE CONTROL should be disclosed when booking WITH a pop-up requiring you acknowledge & agree. Woke up at 4:30am because of stuffy stagnate room with NO AIRCONDITIONING and NO FAN at least moving hot air. It was 78 degrees!!! Go down to the lobby, night auditor breaks the news "everybody else complained that it was cold". My arse they did, not at 78 degrees!!!

Location is excellent 5 mins fr sugamo jr station. Bed sagging on edges, pillows terrible n thin. Onsen good,. Aircond not adjustable. Breadfast variety good, but replenishment very slow. Will stay again if price is right. Good for shopping local stuff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this property. It was well-equipped with all the essentials and amenities we could possibly need, making our visit very comfortable. The train station was just a short walk—literally only a few steps—from the property, which made commuting very convenient. We also discovered a store similar to Walmart/Target nearby, just around the corner, which was perfect for quick grocery runs. The neighborhood is a good area for shopping, offering a more relaxed atmosphere without the hustle and bustle of crowded city centers. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
