Super helpful staff, easy check in/check out, very very clean and organized! This was a wonderful first place to stay when visiting Japan for the first time. Free breakfast was wonderful as well. Excellent line up for free breakfast. I like all the home-style Japanese dishes. The hotel is about 10 min walk from Omori station which is pretty far in my opinion but public transportation by Toei bus from/to Kamata station is a convenient alternative.
