I had two bookings. They did not consolidate. I offered the lower grade option. They wanted me to pack and unpack tomorrow in the middle of business meetings. I even offered to forego the extras that I paid for the premium room for the next three days.

Checked out at 11, forgot my adapter and cable, came back at 8 and they say nothing reported in Lost and Found. Room occupied so they cannot check but either they didn't clean the room properly or someone stole my items.

Great room and views. Breakfast was disappointing especially the service received. I actually decided to miss 3 days and go elsewhere so wasted my money. That may be the deciding factor in staying elsewhere next time
