Great hotel with excellent customer service. Also super convenient for me to walk to our Tokyo office. Only thing I can say is the gym needs to be a bit bigger as I saw myself and others waiting for equipment (bikes, treadmills, etc.).

We had a great experience during our stay. The service was overall fantastic. The furnishings and ambience were very upscale (especially for the price point). The room we stayed in was still a bit small, but that’s to be expected in a Tokyo. The location is fantastic, being very close to Shimbashi station and in a walkable, yet upbeat area.

The hotel was not as nice as other Iconic hotels we stayed in Japan. It really needs a facelift, in the rooms specifically. The rooms are spacious, there are great views from the bar and restaurant. Staff was helpful upgrading one of our rooms
