The Sense is an exceptional boutique hotel that elevated our entire trip. From the warm hospitality to the stunning, spacious Tatami room, perfect for our family of four with two teenagers, everything was impeccable. The serene layout and aesthetic provided a tranquil retreat after exploring Tokyo’s bustling streets. The beds were incredibly comfortable with quality linens, ensuring restful nights. Hands down, this was the highlight of our two-week vacation. I’ll return to The Sense every time I visit Tokyo.
This property is located conveniently close to a train station. Plenty of walkable places to eat. It is clean and feels very safe. I like that they use environmentally friendly toiletries. The service is excellent and exceeds all our expectations. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the service. They recommended places to visit and restaurants around the area, helped us get reservations and helped us arrange transport of our luggage to our next destination which is especially helpful if you don’t speak the language. I would give them 10 stars and would definitely stay here again if I am in Tokyo.
Amazing room and the friendliest staff ever! A unique hotel that we will never forget. Best part was walking out of the elevator straight to your room - the floor was only for us, so cool!
