So impressed that there were welcome drinks and snacks in the fridge plus the small massage cushion. Excellent for travellers who are super tired after a long flight and shopping. Such a convenient location which is just beside the JR Gotanda station. You can easily get to shinjuku, Shibuya…and airport by Asakusa line. Wonderful stay overall!

Super conveniently located at Gotanda Station with plenty of dining options around, and a Donki just across the road. There was a wide variety of amenities available. Staff were friendly and very helpful - special shoutout to the hardworking and kind trainee staff who went out of his way to guide my mum and I to the nearby taxi stand downstairs as we were leaving, he helped us roll one of our big suitcases and flagged a cab down for us. I would definitely want to stay here again if I can :)
