Location is right at the edge of Ginza. Room is cleaned daily. Satisfied with the amenities and onsen. Staff are friendly and converse well in English.

The room was not advertised as a business hotel. The room was far too small for comfort. Lacking amenities. The food was average. The rate was criminal and not competitive. The room rate was similar to Luxury hotels in this area. We only booked the hotel based on rate as we assumed this was a 4 or 5 star hotel. For 80 year olds it was extremely hard to maneuver around the room. I hope your staff will check the room rate for us.

We managed to check in a few hours earlier, which was extremely helpful. The staff and the hotel are great, it's well located and there is a scale in the hotel lobby for you to weigh your luggage - so handy haha

i really enjoyed my stay here. the hotel is nice, clean, and surprisingly quiet for being in such a busy area. the location was very convenient being close to the station, shopping, and restaurants.
