Best place to stay if you are going to Tokyo and staying In Shibuya. This place is so convenient close to everything. Shibuya crossing, cat street, subway, all within walking distance. Location of this hotel can't be beat for anyone who wants to come and do some shopping in the Harajuku / Omotesando / Shibuya area. Its position makes it easy to get to by foot, taxi drop off / pick up is a little precarious and you have to call them yourself as the hotel doesn't provide a service. Some rooms are more spacious than others so you just have to pick and pay accordingly. Check in/check out is super easy and staff has been helpful receiving packages for me / sending lost items. In-room amenities are basic but fine. Cleaning is once every 2 days which I get but I wish they would at least stop by to take trash as the provided bins are small.

The hotel was clean and modern. Our room was not cleaned when we were given the keys so the manager upgraded us to a larger room. We very much appreciated it. The location is a 10 minute walk to station. The breakfast waitress was unfriendly and told us to “hurry” twice even though we arrived before 11am and the buffet closes at 12pm. The buffet wasn’t fully stocked either when we arrived. It was not worth the money. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

My corner room offered a stunning panoramic view of Shibuya—both day and night, the city lights felt like watching a vibrant movie through a 75” flatscreen. There’s also direct access to the shops below after taking a gentle walk through the park, making it easy to grab a quick bite or do a little shopping without leaving the area. This hotel is better suited for adults and solo travelers rather than families, given its refined, minimalist vibe. I can't really fault the hotel. Clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. My room was on the small size, luckily I was on my own. Great location, just a few minutes from the centre of Shibuya.
