We spent four nights and had a wonderful experience.

Very nice place to stay, especially if needing a kitchen. Nice amenities and not too far from the Shinjuku stations.

The hotel is a little hard to find but has a great room with kitchen facilities and small fridge. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Lovely staff! I look forward to coming here again.

In general, we enjoyed our stay. The bed was very low to the floor so beware if you are a tall person. The room was kept clean. They provided a mini kitchen with all the fixing. You can cook meals if you choose to buy food from the supermarket and eat in. There are some road/car noise outside the windows. They don't refill the complimentary water, tea and coffee so one set for the entire stay.

Location very convenient to subway system. Location great to low price great Japanese foods. Rooms are just cozy. Overall, excellent value.

Wonderful hotel like your own apartment with kitchen and laundry downstairs that you can do yourself. Stuff is friendly and efficient. Loved it.

Very friendly, hardworking staff. I enjoyed the location in Shinjuku. It was close to the subway and there are some great local restaurants around. There is a 7-11 next door to the hotel which is open 24 hours. Great.

Very nice, reasonably priced hotel located adjacent to the most manic center area of Shinjuku (within walking distance.)

We stayed at the Citadines for the last two nights of our vacation in Japan. Even though we had stayed in luxurious hotels in the early part of our trip, this hotel was definitely the best value. The room size was very comfortable, we loved having a little kitchen, we enjoyed resting in the living room part of the room at the end of a long day of sightseeing, and the staff was very helpful and spoke English really well. On our last night, we ate dinner in a cute little Italian restaurant on the side street that leads up the hotel-very pleasant.

Very clean and quiet. Great room that had a perfect amount of space if you are alone or with a small family. Very close to sub-Shinjuku trainstation or about 10 min walk to main Shinkuju hub. Would stay here again.

Nice small hotel in a location convenient to Shinjuku. Good value, hotel and rooms are very modern with excellent upkeep. Galley kitchen is useful if you want the option of not eating out every meal.

good location. rooms are clean. staff speaks good english.
