Great staff, great location. I felt safe walking around at all times. Train station was close enough 8 minutes walk and bus stop is in front of the hotel.

It's not the top location, quite q walk from all subway stations but the price is good, staff is nice, laundry facility is available if needed

clean and nice place love it , we will back visit again

Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. He helped me figure out transportation to the airport, but that’s where the good part ends. Room was really dated. The pictures I saw online looked MUCH nicer. Room was also cold and the heater did not work...it just pumped out cold air. Bed had the hardest mattress I have ever experienced. It felt like a futon mattress and there were scuff marks all over the wall. I was not comfortable at all and glad it was only one night. Location was ok, about 10 to 15 min walk to central areas.

great place to stay. a little far from shinjuku central but overall its quiet and fairly easy to get to. would stay again

Staff was super helpful in getting a cab, or showing on a map where you need to go. lots of foreign guests and staff spoke English. Rooms are efficient, clean and comfortable, not over sized. But a good deal, for the price offered. Close to train stations. And walking distance to many restaurants.

Our double room was large (for a hotel room in Japan), and well-equipped with a compact galley kitchen, storage space for clothes and bags, and a nice bathroom. The lobby was small but cheerful with a nice seating area, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Everyone spoke at least a little English, and there was always someone fluent on duty when we went by the front desk. They were also great for getting local restaurant recommendations in Shinjuku. The neighborhood is not too notable as you are a little removed from Shinjuku Station, but there is a very convenient nearby grocery store that makes for easy stocking up on a variety of snacks you might not find at the nearest convenience store. It’s also an easy walk to places like Golden Gai and the Shinjuku National Garden. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not exceptional, and there was a small gym with a few treadmills and some dumbbells. Overall quite comfortable and an easy base of operations for an enjoyable Tokyo vacation.

The staff made us feel welcome not only to the hotel, but to Tokyo in general.

Walking distance to restaurants. Clean rooms. Staff very friendly.

My sister and I only stayed for one night. We didn't get a chance to go explore because we felt sick from the flight over. But the room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. There was a few mini mart close by so we could get a few things needed before taking off.

Hotel was great, staff were super friendly. I just loved all about it. They made my stay in Shinjuku comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We spent four nights and had a wonderful experience.

Very nice place to stay, especially if needing a kitchen. Nice amenities and not too far from the Shinjuku stations.
