Gorgeous atrium and lobby area. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so many options and choices.
Breakfast was great!! But I think the hotel should have a hot tub/jacuzzi becuase the have only out door pool but the weather to cold, the pool was closed. They should have a heated in door pool.
Didn't have enough cribs. Dissapointing. Some staff not cooperating with us.
I ove this place! Staff, location.. vibe.. it is a bit older now but it is always a comfortable, classy place..
When I checked in. The room I ordered on Orbitz was not available. So they had overbooked. I was upgraded to a larger room and paid the difference. It was nice because I had club access. The club manager was so helpful. MS. Kim, and her English was superb.
This hotel is very nice but it is way overpriced both the rooms and the rertaurant. For our first night we had one cheeseburger, one turkey sandwich one coke and one glass of white wine and our bill was over $100. Hint: there is a seven 11 one block away where you can get all kinds of food and take it back to the hotel and save tons of money. Rooms were rather plain and certainly not worth the price.
The breakfast was very good but the bathroom was too old and the sink is very low to wash.
Its a good overall hotel. I don't have many complaints, its got a beautiful lobby and a very welcoming staff.
