InterContinental ANA Tokyo

Super clean like any other Japanese hotel. Very professional and helpful people. Close to train station. Close to restaurant and stores in Roppongi. Will return back to this hotel.

Very nice hotel.... Wanted to sit by the pool for an hour one afternoon with my wife and daughter... They wanted to charge me $12O.OO . REALLY? Thought that was outrageous considering the room cost $475.00/ nite... I was not buying a health club membership .

Great service! Needed a lot of support from the hotel due to changes in business meetings. I needed dry cleaning, gift wrapping, purchasing gifts, copies of presentations and other support with very short deadlines - I thought the hotel couldn't make. Not only did the meet time lines they beat them. From 1 hour to make 30 copies of two different presentations sent to them from an email to buying gifts with no description besides the occasion, the hotel did it all. Plus a great clean room and great food.

Hotel exceeded expectations. Nice large room for Japan. Awesome choice of restaurants. Fastest WiFi I have ever had when traveling.

I used to stay this hotel when I had an appointment for U. S Embassy 6 years ago, and again I came for same reason this time. It was very convenience to take advantage of late check out for rapid business purposes and good location for people from anywhere else, a variety of restaurants and good hospitality.

This Hotel exceeded my expectations. Compares to Tokyo Hilton in Shinjuku but way cheaper. Really don't see any reason to stay at Hilton any more based on the prices.

Amazing Service, though not surprised given that it is a five star hotel in Tokyo.

Big-space rooms. Excellent location and a very friendly bilingual staff. Great champagne bar.

For Tokyo the room size is nice. Good selection of restaurants at the hotel. Check in and out toke longer than it should.

friendly staff, clean, accessible location to metro, decent gym..overall a positive experience with no complaints

Excellent stay. I guess for Japan the prices were reasonable. The airport limousine bus stopping at the door is extremely convenient.

A wonderful hotel, staff, and location. The concierge was very helpful. My only knock would be smoking on the premises. The MIXX Bar on the 36th floor would have been more enjoyable without the smoke...

it is very convenient for me to go to airport from this hotel, there is a direct bus and there is very good bus departure timeline, and the waitor provids good help.

The ANA Intercontinental is located in perhaps one of the best areas in central Tokyo. Close access to trains and popular destinations make it an idle choice of stay. However, it seems the hotel relies to heavily on its location rather than upgrading its facilities and rooms. The furniture and other conditions seem to be very dated and poorly maintained in terms of cleanliness. The food at the available restaurants is overpriced given the quality which is available. The surrounding areas offer greater variety and opportunity to eat and enjoy. The staff is very helpful but ultimately unable to accommodate given the condition of the building. Typical problems experienced with dated hotels. Other equally good options available.

Good business hotel - not the best choice for a vacation. In business district away from parks, shopping. Convenient to 2 Metro lines. Concierge can sell a one day metro pass good on all lines - great bargain! Rooms: Very clean, efficient, quiet. Internet available - but pricey! Food way over-priced, but same as many top hotels in the States. Coffee /tea included in room. Plenty of less expensive food options near-by.
