Room was clean, but was missing a table for a three person room. Was only cleaned once in the 11 days, but the staff was accommodating and provided us new sheets and blankets when asked. Staff was extremely friendly and even pointed us toward a sento that was tattoo friendly. Overall a great experience, but the room could have used one more cleaning and a table.

Nippori is a nice neighborhood to stay in. The staff were polite. The room was old and worn. There was a large group of school kids from Europe staying who were a bit loud and messy in the shared toilet and shower rooms. Wifi was OK but not great. One of the cheaper options in Tokyo that was available so can't complain too much.

Wasn't freaked out by the public bathrooms until they said there was only one women only shower room on the top floor. Men peeked their head in all the time and male cleaners would stop in to clean without notification. Having to leave your room in the middle of the night to go to the restroom as a young women was scarier than expected (though that is personal preference)! The rooms smelt bad after rain and had dust all over the only furniture in the room (a large empty wardrobe). Overall not a bad experience and the cafe and laundry were very convenient but not my favorite!

The room has no space for anything other than the beds and your luggage. Other than that, the property has everything one could ask for. They change the bedsheets everyday, the bathrooms are always clean and stocked up. Food at the venue is decent, and it's close to multiple metro and bus stops.
