Lots of confusion with the front desk and duty manager about my booking as it was done via Orbitz which according to them meant that I would be ineligible to receive points towards maintaining my current Diamond status. I offered to rebook directly with them in an effort to manage this. It still has not been resolved. Very disappointing and the service at the Osaka Hilton where I had stayed prior to arriving in Tokyo was by far superior.

Great service; beautiful hotel. You can’t go wrong with Hilton

The executive lounge too busy, often full and cannot allow guests to enter.

Typical top-tier hotel. Tastefully decorated, comprehensively staffed. One complaint: doorstop inside room door is built into the floor, a two inch tall, 3/4 inch diameter steel peg screwed into the floor with a rubber bumper to stop the door from hitting the suitcase shelf built into the wall behind the door. You’re almost guaranteed to stub your toe on this stupidly-designed item, as I did moments after checking in, leaving my toe black and blue and swollen and in extreme pain. Not a pleasant way to begin a trip.

I liked the ease of checking in and out. The room was nice but I didn't care for the mattress or the pool. They tried to play up their dessert buffet by making it really cute and unique. However, their buffet lacked variety and quality of food for about $60 per person. I would eat elsewhere than the buffet.

The hotel is elegant and very comfortable. Yoshinji (Sp?), the agent who checked me was super nice and very attentive. Heated toilet seats are an added bonus!

Orbits staff member booked our room in the wrong city and we didn’t notice until the day of and with no way to contact orbitz in Japan we were stuck to fend for ourselves.

Location is wonderful. Right in the middle of amazing Shinjuku. Staff and hotel very good and professional. This is a great hotel in Tokyo with fabulous restaurants and amenities. Staff extremely polite and helpful.

Was the closest thing to a perfect hotel. Everything was so clean and everyone was so nice i couldnt believe it

The Hotel staff was extreme helpful, The room was clean and nice. The hotel provides free transportation from the hotel to Shinjuku station and back. The hotel does provide airport drop off for a fee but worth it. The The hotel exit from Nishinshinjuku station is C8. From this exit you will be under the hotel and just have to walk like 2 minutes or so to the lobby desk. Under the hotel there is a shopping area.

The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing. Try to get a room on a high floor, the views are great.
