The Hotel staff was extreme helpful, The room was clean and nice. The hotel provides free transportation from the hotel to Shinjuku station and back. The hotel does provide airport drop off for a fee but worth it. The The hotel exit from Nishinshinjuku station is C8. From this exit you will be under the hotel and just have to walk like 2 minutes or so to the lobby desk. Under the hotel there is a shopping area.

The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing. Try to get a room on a high floor, the views are great.

The front desk and restaurant staff are stuffy and full of themselves. They have no "service" attitude. This will be the last time I will stay here. In spite of nice facilities, the staff must be kind and welcoming. This attitude comes from the ownership/management and is part of what Japan culture feels is indicative of excellence.

It is a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station but it was pretty enough with all the government buildings around. There was a Denny’s next door for those who weren’t willing to pay the very, very expensive price for breakfast. The beds were wonderfully soft, very American-style, and the hotel itself was gorgeous. There was a safe in the room. The staff were extremely helpful. We had booked 2 nights there and then we were there for 2 nights with a tour and while they couldn’t accommodate us by letting us stay in the same room (different levels of status?), they moved our packed luggage to the new room without hesitation. Lovely place. I would recommend it.

We decided to spend two nights in Tokyo. The hotel is just a quick(covered) walk to Shinjuku station. The room was clean, the shower was huge and had great water pressure. Nice after a long flight. The restaurant was nice, good steak.

Excellent experience. Very polite staff. The hotel is very close to shopping, train. Hotel has a free shuttle to the nearest train station and shopping area. Very reasonable price for the shuttle to and from airports.

The Hilton Tokyo met expectations for a 4 star hotel. Excellent location close to the train/subway system, and a most pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet was also excellent, although the coffee was average at best (rather disappointing). King executive room was quiet and reasonably well appointed -- a bit short on drawer and closet space for a lengthy stay (8 nights). Room was also slightly smaller than the nearby Hyatt Regency, where I have stayed in the past. Overall, met expectations.

It can't get any better! Hotel location, excellent. Service superb, got upgraded to executive floor. Sure will stay again if I go back to Tokyo!

Hotel is exceptionally clean, with superior service. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Facilities, particularly the sauna, which is actually an entire Japanese bath, are absolutely beyond anything I would have imagined. It seems to me as if the hotel were newly renovated in so far as I know for a fact that it is not newly built. Very convenient to transportation, as well as to good restaurants. Can recommend this one to anyone without the slightest reservation.

El personal se enfoca en la clientela japonesa dejando en segundo plano a cualquier extranjero, no incluye desayuno ni el internet, por el precio se me hace excesivo

Food excellent and very expensive...best to go next door or to the Shinkuju station for many places of outstanding food at moderate price. Take a computer as they business office is very small, and very expensive. But great location.

Great location, restaurants are very expensive; no moderate "coffee shop." Business office is minimal and use of the computers are expensive. Great service.l

STAFF GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY WITH OUT A PROBLEM. friendly, patient, attentive..

The hotel is very comfortable, with great workout facilities. Food is very good (if expensive). The location is convenient to the metro; however, it is also in the middle of office buildings so you have to travel to find some nightlife.

overall pretty good, great breakfast buffet to start the day

Great athletic facilities.

Fabulous and friendly service. The concierge took the time to help us find what we wanted to do as well as all the details of the where and how. We were in a quieter area, but right next to a subway stop. Great for good sleeping with easy access to everything.

High class 5-star hotel. We traveled on a special sale rate so hotel was more than a good deal.

Food and drink prices are a little high but that is to be expected at any resort hotel. Great buffet! Good location if you know how to use subway!! Staff was extremely accomodating!!

The hotel is located in a modern business section of Tokyo with easy access to the Tokyo Metro. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay. No complaints.
