My recent stay there was a great experience along with finding my room very clean along with a excellent view of the pryamids from its window location.I also admired that the staff exhibited a warm and welcoming environment and did not excert any forms of hostility towards me; but they were approachable and exhibited great english communication skills when spoken to.Right now I'm in the process of learning Egyptian Arabic and being that I'm at its beginning phrase and because of some of the staff knowing how to speak English they were very instrumental in assisting me to navigating around when it was needed.Overall, I found it to be a great place to stay.

The location of the motel and the free airport shuttle bus is a highlight for my stay. The breakfast is very basic and the room is small so if you only want a space to stay overnight for airport then it’s good.

The staff was very friendly and pretty much we found ways around the language barrier. The staff was always curteous and kept the room clean and tidy. I would recommend this place and when i go back to Japan I'll stay there again

Ok for a night's stay.

Near to airport with a very efficient shuttle service. Receptionist was ok. Only problwm is that I wanted to get something from the vending machine and it only took cash. Because I missed my flight, I had to stay over the night, so I had no Yen left. I offered $3.00 to get a bottle of juice as I was so thirsty, and the gentleman would not budge with having cash! It was after 10pm at night, and as a single woman, I did not want to go back out on the streets, so I had to drink tap water!!!!

This was a good travel hotel for couple out of the hustle and bustle of the big city. Close to train station and Haneda airport. Breakfast was good energy builder and has convenient hours starting very early!! Staff was nice and well prepared to translate with phone translators when there was a small communication challenge. Convienent stores are close. Some dining options outside but limited. Good stay and liked the quiet area.
