Roam is small. As expected in Tokyo. Staff was very helpful. It’s conveniently located. Roam had a congested feeling to it. I am surprised that hotel was not clean. Hair in the shower and on the bed when I chanced in. Usually hotel roams in Japan can be small but incredibly clean .

Location is in the centre of Shibuya however the surrounding area of the hotel is nice, quiet and safe. Its close to public transport, restaurants, shopping and convenient stores are on every corner. Hotel is clean, staff and service were great. Very friendly helpful english speaking staff.

Spacious room with comfy beds and a washer and dryer! There was also a dining space which we enjoyed. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Shibuya station, it’s downhill to the station and uphill back. There are tons of restaurant options close by. It’s near enough to the craziness of Shibuya Crossing but far enough away that the crowds thin out before the hotel and it’s in a more peaceful area. I would stay here again! The staff are also great and stored our luggage for us the day we checked out.

A comfortable and practical hotel, although the layout between the bathroom and the sleeping area is a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, it’s very spacious for Tokyo, and having a washing machine inside the room is a big plus. The location is good.
