Hotel was clean. Love that there was a washer/dryer in the room. They even provided laundry detergent spray. So that was a huge plus. There is a mini kitchen area that had a fridge/freezer, microwave and an electric stove & Kettle. Dish soap and Sponge along with basic kitchen utensils were provided. Very awesome to have! I was there for 5 nights and they were only able to change towels and take out trash, no daily room cleaning, so that was a bummer. Bed and pillows were not comfortable for me but it’s durable. There was no Breakfast at the hotel. You would need to go out to get breakfast at restaurants near by. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Basic necessities such as bath scrubber, cotton pads, toothbrush, and etc. were near the lobby elevators. You would need to grab when needed. To get to Shibuya crossing was about 15 minutes by walk. But plenty restaurants near by, Lawson, 7-11, and family mart all around. If you arrive early to check in time you can leave your luggage there until you check in. Check out time is 11am and you are able to leave your luggage if you’re still needing to explore around shibuya. So awesome! I would recommend this hotel as it’s a very big hotel room compared to others I’ve booked. Location was in a nice and quiet alley.

Great sized room for 3 full size luggage and 2 persons. Great staff, very helpful. They can assist with luggage forwarding if required. Easy to get to the subway, nearby to lots of Family Marts / 7/11 and restaurants. Had a wonderful stay. Would recommend to anyone else.

Good sized room by Japanese standards and the room had a combo washer / dryer as well which was super convenient! Quiet, clean and a helpful staff made this a very enjoyable experience. Hotel has no restaurant but sells a breakfast you can microwave in your room (yuck). However, there is a grocery store RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET that sells pastries, jam, prepared meals, and all sorts of fruits that is HUGELY convenient. Be advised that the location is a bit out of the way, so you are not in the heart of the bustle of Shibuya, but to us this is a blessing as we found the energy of the central area to be overwhelming and exhausting… only drawback to us was having to drag our luggage the half mile or so from where the airport bus dropped us at Shibuya station. LOTS of little restaurants around, bars too, so that won’t be an issue. Had our room had a view of something other than the building next door this might have gotten 5 stars given the price and overall quality.

Wow! This hotel is spotlessly clean!! Our room had a washer/dryer combo which was super convenient. The room was small enough to be comfy yet well laid out so it didn’t seem cramped. Reception was really friendly with a nice lounge area. Free amenities were available in the lounge, and a 24hr convenience store right across the street. Close to many restaurants and stores. This hotel is one of the nicest I've ever stayed and definitely the cleanest.

Location is convenient and 10 minutes away from SHIBUYA crossing. You are at a walkable distance from the lively area of shopping, eating and city that never sleeps. Only complain is that hotel don’t provide housekeeping services daily. They only provide towel change everyday but full house keeping after 5 days of stay.

We really liked our room and the hotel. The only problem we had was that at around 6am someone near by was drumming a tune. For about an hours for two mornings. I even tried to put on my headphones but you could still hear it. A very repetitive drumming sound.

Perfect hotel for family with 4 year old toddler! The room is big enough and has great amenities including washer/dryer and small kitchenette. The staff were extremely attentive, kind and hospitable! There is a play corner in the lobby that had toys, Japanese dress up clothes and coloring supplies that my daughter enjoyed very much. Highly recommend and would stay again!
