My first time in a capsule/pod sleeping area and I love it so much! A little bit hot maybe because there is no AC on the pod but all in all it was great experience! Definitely going to use it again when I come back to Japan!

This was my best hostel experience so far. The place is also very close Shibuya station, where you can get whatever yoz want.

I liked that it was close to the heart of Shibuya (9 mins walk). It’s a unique capsule hotel for anyone traveling solo who simply needs a place to store their belongings, sleep, and take a shower while exploring.
super clean, great size for a "capsule" style, wish there were more offers for amenities/toiletries (other capsule hotels offered more for less) but still a good deal
The a/c was broken on the female unit that I booked. We were moved to co-ed floor. The unit was clean and comfortable. But the dryer didn’t work on our floor. The staff advised me to walk up the stairs in the rain to the 6th floor to use the dryer. There was no place to get water. I woke up at 3am thirsty, I went to the 4th floor, there was water in a mini fridge behind reception but nothing else. I walked to family mart around the corner. Staff was pleasant but over all facility wasn’t worth the price. The guests on our floor made a lot of noise. I don’t plan on staying here again.
Great atmosphere, reminds of family. Room small, breakfast is a joke - serving bread only. No jam, nothing.
