The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Our room had a beautiful view of Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree. The room was very clean and had all the things we needed. The room came with a smart phone called a “Handy” which was useful to us for making phone calls and using maps to get around Tokyo. Use of the smartphone was complimentary during our stay. The hotel is located above an area with shops and little restaurants and that was really convenient . It was also a short walk from Sensoji Temple! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
