Our second time at this hotel. Location is great right next to the temple and tons of restaurants as well as many convenience stores. If you like staying in a more culturally traditional area this is perfect. Basic rooms are small so this time we booked a corner room - which doesn't have the best views (i.e. no temple) but might just be the largest in this hotel so for a multiday stay is worth it. Breakfast is not bad and more western oriented but gets boring as it's the same everyday. It's about a 15 min walk from Tawaramachi station and 20 min to the Asakusa Keisei line for both airports.

I stayed here twice on my recent Japan holiday. The hotel is in a great location near the temple, restaurants and train station. The buffet breakfast is excellent and they have free drinks in the afternoon each day. The staff are very polite and friendly too.

The hotel is located very close to Senso-Ji temple, and Tokyo Skytree was a 20min walk via Sumida River. The train stations are also closeby, okenty of Dining and shopping. Uniqlo is located on the ground floor of this hotel and there's a huge market just 5mins away. The hotel was clean, tidy and the room service is excellent. I would however recommend the hotel to change their pillows as it was the most comfortable, it did give us a terrible neck ache, which i got it fixed by the thai massage located just 5mins from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to be around a busy shopping and dining district, also you get an amazing view of Asakusa, Senso-ji temple and the Tokyo skytree from the 11th and 12th floor.

Amazing location , helpful staff, rooms are small but this is typical and to be expected but we made it work for this family of 4. Cleaning service was excellent too. Free coffee and luggage forwarding was available.

Rooms were clean and location was great for shopping and food. The Tokyo Skytree and the temple views were fantastic. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to get a city vibe but a little quieter late at night.

Overall, the hotel staff team has impressed us. They are professional, attentive, friendly and helpful. However, the room service staffs have much room for improvement. They do not do simple bed-making for 5 of the 6 nights we stayed there. While they change towels and collect trash, they do not replenish empty facial tissues box. Also, though the breakfast lounge offers a variety of breakfast items, the menu does not change the slightest over our 6-day stay. Thank you! for your kind attention. -Kevin Tiong

I know check-in is at 2pm. We arrived at 1:30pm and you still make us wait or pay 1000 yen. This is just greed and not good customer service for being too strict. The washer/dryer is BAD. The clothes take FOREVER to dry since the machine is still damp after the washing is done so when it start to dry the first 30 minutes the machine is actually steaming the clothes instead of drying. You need to change those machines. The other hotels have separate washer and dryer, thus, drying the clothes were fast. I would not recommend this hotel to my all my friends.☹️
