Aucune interaction avec les robots ( l'enregistrement a été demandé avant notre arrivée et lors de notre arrivée, une personne etait physiquement presente pour nous permettre de recuperer notre clef ). Unusual hotel with robots at checkin and precious few human staff working largely behund the scenes. Clean rooms but very small, even by Japanese standards. Close to Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations, with direct service to Haneda via the Tokyo Monorail. Easy access to Yamanote line and a few stops from Tokyo Shinkansen. Breakfast available at attached ramen shop, with conbini and other restaurants within easy walking distance.

Hotel in an amazing position with two train stations nearby. The thing I did not like about the hotel was there was nobody at the front desk and therefore it felt unwelcoming. The two robots are there for show and if you need help, which I did aa everything is in Japanese, I had to use the phone in the foyer for assistance. They come from behind reception. I never saw one live person at all in the reception area except for when I called them. The room was clean with a wonderful view of Tokyo Tower but it was very small. There was a refrigerator size apparatus in the room which apparently washed clothes and or de-creased them. No matter how I tried it would not work for me. There were no television channels in English either. I was there for three nights and would have liked to have listened and watched something in English. The lift worked well and they were many restaurants nearby including one in the hotel where breakfast is served but it seemed to be run privately and not by the hotel at night. I had the best french fries I’ve ever tried there. I feel the best thing about this hotel was proximity to the train stations which I used every day as well as coming to and from Haneda airport on the monorail.

Clean , new bldg, perfect location, only 3 mín from Metro, 7-eleven and nori nori French bakery coffee and Byron Bay gourmet coffee only few steps away from the hotel. So many restaurants on the main street . Check in and check out are so easy ơn computer , there are staff inside office if you need help just pick up the black phone in lobby.

Was fine but won't book again.

It was clean and served its purpose. We had booked because we needed one night stay before heading to Kyoto the next day, and I had heard fun things about the robots. My first disappointment was there no robot dinosaurs at this location, but it was two robot people. Check in did not go smoothly and we had to ring for a staff member who showed up immediately and was able to help us, so we didn't even interact with the robots. The staff member was able to help us right away, he was wonderful. But other than that, it was an okay stay. The room was clean, and moderately comfortable. For just a single night stay it was fine. I've stayed in business style hotels in Japan before and knew the rooms are on the small size, but this was definitely the smallest room I've stayed in. Ultimately, I won't likely book at this hotel or chain again because for the price there are many options in Tokyo that are going to be more comfortable, and the main draw was the quirky robots, and they were a bit of a disappointment.
