Met all my basic needs for a hotel. Bedroom amenities were complete, bedding and pillows good and comfortable. House keeping efficient and friendly/helpful front desk staff. Best if all there's a complimentry bus transfer to/from Haneda Intl Terminal to hotel. Be early though as the leg we took from hotel to airport was full and some guest had to be turned away. Bus driver was helpful with luggage which was brought up to the bus seating area. Head down to the hotel website to see bus timing schedule. Less than 10min walk to JR Omori station (where there's lots of eateries and shopping places)...line goes towards Shinagawa...Tokyo station...so its convenient.
We arrived at Narita Intl Airport at around 08:30 in the morning. It took us 3 hours by train to travel towards the hotel bec we got lost, as what first timers are like, but will usually just take you over an hour. On arrival we were greeted by the friendly and accommodating receptionist and left our luggages with them. We then straight ahead went out for a stroll. The hotel has a restaurant, but bec we didn't eat there, I cannot comment on their food. Our room is in good state, minimalist but every basic need is available and provided for, except daily drinking bottled water. We were out all day everyday, returning late at night and always arriving in the room in immaculate state. The hotel is not far from public transport and is only an 8 minutes walk to the train station, where you can access the rest of Tokyo and other suburbs. They've got a free wi-fi access to all hotel guests and surfing the net has never been a problem. Bear in mind that if you forgot to bring an umbrella, an extra charge will apply if you want to borrow from the receptionist.
Room a little small but quite comfortable and very clean. Hotel provides nice fluffy towels and pyjamas. Good value for money. Free shuttle service to/from Haneda. However, do note that this is not the Mystays Haneda at Otori which is much closer to the airport although it came up in the hotel search for hotels near Haneda (I'm guessing that the Mystays Haneda was fully booked for our dates so it didn't show). The airport transfer can be quite long depending on traffic and which terminal (the timetable indicates up to 1 hour). We did hotel to T2 (ANA Domestic) in 30 minutes at around 6am and hotel to International Terminal in 40 minutes at around 7am. Late evening T2 to hotel took 30 minutes. The shuttle is not particularly frequent so advise asking for current timetable before arriving at Haneda. Can't comment on meals at the hotel but we did find a good choice of restaurants at Omori station about 10 mins walk away.
Our family paid for 2 rooms/3nights. Only a good thing were that the room was clean, I thank to clraning staffs. A staff who did the check in for us was super nice as well but not the rest of the receptionists we met. Our bad experience here was that we asked about what kind of food do they serve for lunch buffet? Since they sell it for 1,600 yen/person. They could not even say if its Japanese food or Chinese or whatever. Well? Next time we asked for a help just that they make a call to a reataurant for us because none of our phones is able to make a call im Japan. Its even worse this time to meet an unpleasant staff who was kind of rude. This surprised me, I have been visiting Japan for many times and I know exactly the Japanese people they are one of those polite nationa. But well not the staff here. She didnt behave well with her words and her actings. She suggested me to try to find out myself when the website was only in Japanese? Yoir staff couldnt control her feeling/mood when her job is a service job, I guess that is a big problem for your company. Or what I asked was too big for this 4 star hotel just to make a call... im not sure but it made me feel like i cant ask for any helps from your hotel and the staffs were not train to be helpful. Disappointed.
A pleasant surprise for a Tokyo hotel in this price range. Very nice room and bathroom all being a decent size. Prices are very reasonable and a short ride on the train to get to the heart of Tokyo. All in all we where very happy with this hotel for our 3 night stay and the complimentary shuttle bus to Haneda made it very easy to travel to our next destination
Room spacious and spotless, with lovely view. Friendly staff and helpful. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Excellent location at 5 mn from Omori Station. In the quiet neighborhood all to discover. Free shuttle bus to / from Haneda airport. For such a great hotel not having the chance to leave the luggage is a very negative aspect. The group I coordinated (46 people) had to buy a room just to deposit the suitcases, I think it's an unsustainable situation. I would eminate a room but offered a better service. Bar: it is not permissible that in a 4 star hotel the bar closes so early in the evening, 21:30 if I do not remember it!
We knew that finding a hotel in Tokyo to accommodate our family of five would probably require getting two separate rooms. Not so with Hotel Mystays Premier Omori! Their quad room was perfect! It was huge (four beds, two small tables, six chairs, mini fridge, fast internet) for almost any hotel, anywhere. And we did not even notice the trundle bed until the morning we left. The bathroom was also enormous and the toiletries provided were excellent. The closet was big enough that all of our luggage fit in it. We opted to add the buffet breakfast to our reservation when we booked via Hotwire (we got a flight and hotel package for $5200 for the five of us for 5 nights in the middle of cherry blossom season.). We are so glad we did! For the cost (about $30 a day) we wouldn't have found anything comparable in a restaurant. The buffet was plentiful with lots of Japanese, American, and European choices. I loved the garlic and olive oil pasta, it was very tasty. My kids aren't picky eaters and found many items that appealed to them as well. The room was clean and quiet, our only complaint was that it was also HOT. We visited at the beginning of April and the temps were in the 50s. At night the room was so warm that none of us used any blankets, when we asked the front desk we were told there was nothing we could do. We remedied that situation by propping the door to the hall- not very private but desperate times call for desperate measures! We would definitely return to Hotel Mystays Premier Omori if our travels take us to Tokyo again!
We had a great stay at Mystays Omori Hotel. We booked this hotel because of the shuttle service to the airport since we were heading back to the US the next morning. Very close to Omori Station. Front desk attendant was fantastic and she even went out of her way to print directions to the Snoopy Museum which we were visiting the next morning before heading to the airport. Room was spacious for 3 people and very clean and comfortable. The driver was great. He dropped us at the international terminal during the time they were only going to the domestic terminal. Little things like that is what will make me come back to this hotel in the future and I would recommend anyone to stay here.
The room was excellent, the property was nice overall. It's a short walk to two different stations for easy access to the greater Tokyo area. Very quiet at night, which is a big plus in any city. My only complaint is the high cost, but I believe it is comparable to other hotels in the area.
Stayed here with family for vacation. Location is convenient, 6 mins walking distance to Omori station and there are lots of supermarkets nearby. I like the room, especially the toilet. You can adjust anything you want from the toilet seat. There is wifi with fast internet. One thing I noticed is the airconditioner not fast enough to cool the entire hotel room. Its quite cold when we visited Japan so its not much of an issue.
