This hotel was really , very spacious and clean! The best part of the deal is that they provide a shuttle service to and from the airport booked via There is a microwave, kettle, ironing Board, toiletries, TV, WIFI and Nightwear. Again the location is near stations , restaurants and convenience stores.

First time staying at this hotel. Friendly and helpful front staffs, huge bed and nice room. The hotel is around 6 minutes from station. Will definitely stay again next time. And for your information, the Lawson’s staff were so cold and bad mannered.

Myself, husband and mum stayed here in a triple room for the first 2 nights of our Tokyo stay. The hotel is so clean, the staff were helpful and spoke great English. Being brand new to Japan/Tokyo we probably would have benefited being in the centre of the action as it was about a 12 min walk to the nearest train station and trying to navigate our way round from train line to train line proved very difficult as a lot of the stations don’t have staff that speak English, although for the seasoned traveler to Tokyo I would say this is a great place to stay as once we figured out what we were doing the train systems were so handy! Across the road from the main entrance to the hotel is a 7eleven and a lovely little Japanese restaurant - so there’s no hassle trying to find food if you have just arrived and are in need of a quick bite and a sleep. Overall a really enjoyable stay.

A big hotel located near Omori station, guests are mainly Chinese tourists. Rooms are OK, however air condition in our room didn’t work. Breakfast selection was OK, relatively wide. Reception staff understands and speaks reasonable English. All in all we were in better hotels in Tokyo for a better price.

We booked this as we were coming from UK and had purchased a JR rail pass and the line this hotel is near was included in our pass keeping our travel costs down. We came in October 2017 and stayed 4 nights - we didn't book breakfast - you could book it there if you needed. The hotel is very new and modern and we had a room with a great view of Tokyo. There was a kettle and free tea and coffee. The beds were very comfortable and big - say a 3/4 UK double size which was bigger than some we had in Japan. The room was compact but big enough for two of us. The linen and towels were all nicely laundered and there was free body soap shampoo etc. In the local area and same street there is a convenience store and a couple of restaurants and within walking distance is Omori with shops and places to eat. We flew into Narita airport so couldn't take advantage of their free shuttle. We would definitely stay again and can recommend a visit.

the hotel was very nice and has free shuttle service to Haneda Airport. if your flight i arriving at Naritra then you have a bit more of a hike to get to the hotel -- anywhere up to 1 1/2 hours however the hotel is very close Omori station so you do not have to drag your luggage very far. that being said to it can take up to 50 minutes t travel to the Imperial Palace, 50 minutes to Disneyland and 30 minutes to get to Tokyo station. however the Omori area is a lot less crowded and congested as compared to Tokyo and this is a major selling point for the hotel -- it is a great place to get away from the crowds -- the area around the hotel has plenty of cheap restaurants which is also a great bonus the hotel is very clean and they even provided pajamas which was a first for me to access the pay channels you just pay JPY1,000 per day -- all you need t do is purchase a voucher from the vending machine located on each floor there i a Lawsons (corner store) located across the road which was also handy

We stay in a group room 4-5 people. 4 beds and one sofa bed. Staffs are nice but only speak limited English. The room was big and clean and cozy. Comes with your standard amenities in hotel room. The bed comfort was good. The bathroom and toilet was separate room and its big and clean. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was good and they also have lunch buffet option. There's an authentic noodle restaurant across the street open for only couple hours everyday very delicious. It's close by the train station, an aquarium, shopping strip, and a lot of restaurants and convenience stores.

Recomend this hotel, the room bigger than usual room in Japan. One room can occupied for three person without additional charge. Free shuttle from Haneda, room clean, good amenities, short work from omori station (5 minutes) and staff helful

We stayed at Mystays Premier Omori during our visit to Tokyo. Very good hotel, clean and spacious. About 10 minutes walk to Omori station. Their breakfast choices should be changed. Otherwise a very nice hotel to stay at.

I stayed here in July 2017 for 2 nights and was not impressed with the hotel. The hotel was busy and it seemed full of large tours and students. The lift service to cater for this was inappropriate and meant long delays to catch a lift up or down at busy times. Breakfast was terrible and I did not enjoy being given tokens or breakfast vouchers - it seemed like I was being treated like an inconvenience and just another number. The breakfast selection of food was also poor and I struggled to find anything suitable to eat other than a limited fruit range and orange juice. There is also no lounge or bar and so any form of evening entertainment of relaxation is outside of the hotel.
