Great breakfast buffet with Western and traditional Japanese options. I booked this hotel with the understanding that an airport shuttle was available. It was not clear to me that the shuttle only ran in the mornings. I had an early evening flight so ended up having to take a train to the airport. Sometimes staff seemed a bit nonchalant. No onsen available. Bathroom could have been cleaner, hair from previous occupant was still in the tub.
This property is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast is superb for the required fee. The staff works professionally. Everything is as described except for the free airport shuttle. The hotel needs to be very clear on all their website marketing that there are only 3 trips to the airport (only in the morning) and only 3 trips in the evening from the airport (and only from Terminal 1). One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that I wanted a free airport shuttle. I ended up paying a taxi both ways because my schedule made me arrive after their last airport-hotel trip and my departure was in the evening after all the morning trips were done. Other than that, I really enjoyed staying here.
The staff was super friendly and spoke many languages. There wasn't laundry like I read when choosing this hotel, all they have is basically a dry cleaning thing, and it's super expensive. The other mystays have coin laundry so that was a bummer. This location is super close to the train station so it's very convenient. The bed is super hard and so are the pillows so its really difficult to sleep well.
The hotel was very clean, safe, and had everything that we needed for our stay. The closest metro station is Omori station (JR metro lines run through it), and is less than a 10 minute walk away. It is a very safe neighborhood, I felt very safe walking in the area at night, and there is also a children's playground around the block. There is a Lawson right across the street, a laundromat a few minutes' walk down the street (no laundry machines within the hotel), and a restaurant downstairs. Front desk was very friendly and helpful, and were able to store my luggage for about a week after I checked out for a small fee (cheaper fee than at metro station lockers). Elevator worked great. Each floor has a vending machine.
Bathroom is very dirty. Tiles are covered with mildew and smelly.
Great location, easy access to subway. Airport shuttle available on a fist come first served basis.
Free shuttle from airport to hotel, just make that you get the correct Mystay hotel. No fitness center. Lawson store across the street, within walking distance the orher stores and shops. Great helpful staff.
They don’t have enough elevators . It took a long time to go to the lobby. I like the free bus to the Haneda Airport
