I have a studio suite and it was huge not just for Japanese standard but for American standard ! It had a seperate living room ; 2 tvs : and most importantly 2 Japanese toilets ! Love it
rooms was small and not well lit. not many outlets in the room; bathroom sink too low...not great rooms but nice hotel.
It has maintained its quality
The hotel was as good as we stayed almost 30 years ago with the excellent services and restaurant options inside hotel. Highly recommend.
The grounds are beautiful. Lovely hotel but almost took big. Got lost several times looking for certain shops..it was also frustrating not being able to communicate with staff as they spoke very little English.
This hotel has a great location and has a beautiful japanese garden onsite. Very friendly staff. The service in the onsite cafes was not very good. Constantly had to ask for refills. Also, a lot of the food on breakfast buffet was cold. Beware the price if ice tea is about $13 US.
Clean, upscale with nice amenities. In center of city close to public transportation.
Icredible service. Spacious room with a. beautiful view of Tokyo. I think the hotel was fully booked, but absolutely no noise came into the room. The bed was heavenly.
