The bed was alright, though it would have been nice to have the option of two duvets instead of one, when traveling as a couple. The room felt a bit moist. The was a lot of dust in the “hard to reach” surfaces. Overall the hotel was decent.

I like the proximity to Shibuya and major metro lines. I didn't like the smell in the washroom and the carpet seems dirty. I paid attention before and after cleaning schedule and the carpet seems not cleaned. There is also a stain on the carpet by the fridge.

1st time in Japan

Cute hotel near Shibuya crossing. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The only thing was, on our first day, there was a soiled diaper in the trash bin. I became paranoid that they didn’t clean the room. It was already late at night and was exhausted from our trip so i just let it be (wrapped the diaper inside the plastic bag). I reported the next day and we were offered another room. I decided not to switch since we had our stuff already out. Overall, my son and I had a great time. But my notion of Japan has changed, it’s not really super clean as I thought.

Tiny but convenient

We knew the rooms in Tokyo were small but we definitely were surprised at just how small they were! No cupboards, very small bed for two ppl but great staff and amazing location! We were close to everything!
