Good location by metro and not in the middle of the tourist party noise
Too much street noise until 3~4am every night kept me up few times fot 3 nights straight. Breakfast was very simple. Bathroom had sewage smell all the time despite having the fan on all the time. Would not consider returning to this hotel.
If you are on a budget and want a clean hotel near train stations this is it! The rooms are to small for 2 or more people! I will not be staying here again . It’s very uncomfortable with luggage.staff is nice facilities are very clean
This hotel is quite nice if you need just a bed and facilities. Perfect for the tourist who will be out of the room most of the day. The rooms are quite small but the bed and duvet are so comfortable and inviting. Shower stall is roomy and the water pressure is fantastic. We stayed for 6 days, and will definitely stay here again when in Japan.

Good Customer Service. Rooms are kind of small and pillows are really hard. Close to Family Mart and Seven Eleven. There’s also a market near by. Train station 3 minutes walking distance.

The room was tiny compared to our Texas standards. They wouldn't allow us to turn on the AC even though the room was stuffy and hot. Only the heater was available. We had trouble sleeping because of this. I asked for a fan but they didn't have any. They just old us to open the window which made it even more difficult to sleep due to the extremely loud and busy streets of Shinjuku. The location was great, and it was clean but I place more value on a good nights sleep so I'll pass next time.
