We chose this hotel because location is quiet and near train station. The lobby is expansive! There's a 7 eleven in the basement!! Bedroom size is adequate meaning, western standard, not cramp! Housekeeping daily, white, white, crisp sheets, fluffy towels and night gowns so comfy to wear!

The staff is very nice and really trying to help but doesn’t know English at all.. The property is very nice, the lobby is nice and big and comfortable and the Japanese garden is amazing. One very big problem was the beds, so uncomfortable!!! Couldn’t sleep at night and woke up with a back pain. Very extra hard mattress.

Had to change rooms as the original one had dust so thick around the edges you could pick up with your fingers and the picture frame had a fur collar! The general condition away from the main areas is worn and seriously needs a refurb, torn papers on the walls in the corridors a prelude to your rooms condition. The gym is a joke! Two bikes and two treadmills! The pools are closed! ITS 35 DEGREES! Prices in bars and restaurants are extortionate and not exceptional. Best feature of the hotel is the convenience store in the basement, well stocked and well staffed.

The room is spacious and clean though a bit old. Foods are expensive but you have an option to walk to reasonable restaurants.

The hotel itself was very nice and fancy. However, we felt our hotel room was kinda dated. Everything was comfortable, but the bathroom and furnishings were meh. The pillows were amazing and very good staff!

The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed walking in the gardens after dinner. The beds were a little hard for my liking otherwise I loved the property.
