My partner and I really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The room is small but cozy so we felt comfortable. We didn’t need to interact with any staff as we were able to download our keycard to an app so that was good in terms of not having to worry about talking to anyone upon check in. That was all done online for us, so if you want a smooth check in try and do it online beforehand. It was also a great walking distance to many attractions so that was a positive in itself. The downsides to this hotel was that I didn’t realise the hotel did not hold our bags for free. I don’t know if it was stated somewhere but I must have missed it otherwise. They have a luggage holder down the stairs of the hotel where you pay to keep your luggage for the amount of hours you’d like. We had arrived quite early and had two suitcases so it was more money. Just a heads up, incase you make the same mistake as us. Another downside was the wifi was not great for us at all, most times we were using our own mobile data which wasn’t convenient. Apart from that we loved the room, it was clean along with the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Think of this hotel as a capsule hotel w/a private bathroom and you'll be surprised how much room you get:). It's a good economical option in downtown Copenhagen, but the rooms tight for one person let alone two. There is no closet or tea kettle in the room. The bed is good. I stayed 3 nights and didn't get housekeeping. I think they should prob at least take trash out if someone is staying 3+ nights. The bathroom is small but well designed. I strongly urge them to fix clogged drains and scrub the tiles better. You're too good of a hotel to not fix those couple of things. Overall very good value and a hotel where you can get good rest.

Tiny room but very functional. The elevators are slow. The buffet breakfast is around 15. It wasn’t a bad selection of meats cheeses breads coffee. Cereal and eggs available. All in all not a bad value. It’s up on 10th floor. Tip: do not check out of your room if you plan to spend time in the lobby before you leave. The bathrooms are only accessible with your electronic key. Once u check out that is deactivated. Not a bad location for walking around if the weather is nice. But take a metro or bus from airport to hotel. The taxi will cost you about $70 usd. Uber a little bit cheaper but still expensive compared to metro. I would probably stay here again.

Cheap but basic

Very basic hotel. Admittedly it was cheap, but the services available to guests are minimal. We arrived early and wanted to leave our bags, but this attracted a charge. Never known this in any hotel before. Then we wanted to use the toilet before going into the city, but the toilet is card controlled and only for guests who have rooms ready. So we were unable to use the toilet.
