No problem with the actual room -.it was clean but the location of the room in tower A.was next to the main road the therefore did not sleep. The male staff on duty in reception on Sunday 14th July was more interested to be on his mobile phone. No problems with the female staff on reception

Get ready to sit in the lobby until 3pm
Guests not allowed check in before 3pm. Lobby was full of people with their bags after overnight flight from USA. No ventilation in rooms except window. With window open, traffic noise was terrible.

This hotel is close to the metro station and supermarket. The front desk was very helpful. Initially I only booked three days and my friend booked another two days using her names. For some reason I have to re-book it. Their staff assisted me with the transition and make the whole process smoothly. I recommend this hotel.

Room was unclean, amenities were quite bad, reception has a really unorganised system for getting help and everything you need costs money. The walls are also super thin and you can hear everything. The lifts also took forever sometimes.

Just needs better cleaning
We knew this was a budget hotel so had fairly low expectations! We were happy with our stay, the position of the hotel in relation to the station and city, good breakfast, friendly staff and comfy beds. The standard of cleaning was not good enough though. A cushion on the bed with food stains (i hope it was food anyway!) On it, crumbs and dust on the floor and a horrible mouldy shower curtain! I would stay again and recommend though as on a city break, we soend very little time in the hotel.

This hotel is a value hotel, it is an upgraded Hostel. We chose our first 2 nights here to just get sleep. It was clean and private bathroom, we were happy after a full day of traveling

I like the location. I dislike the bed, mattress top move easily, it slips to side to side. I fall down with the mattress frequently when I was on the bed. Hotel only supply one day towel, paper cup etc, which I stayed 2 nights. I have to go to front desk to ask towel, cups, shampoo bag (tiny volume) etc.
