great place to stay close to Tivoli
This is a hotel on a budget! Very small room with nothing but the basics! No place to sit except for the bed! Witch is very cheap! We stayed two nights and both nights had people in there inside court talking loudly until 2am. No AC! For how much we paid we felt ripped off!
Location was good and very vonvenirnt as it’s close to the train station. The room was small and had nothing atractive. Also, had no privacy. Towels were old. Too expensive for what it offered.
The staff are friendly a d very accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and they let us check-in. Kudos and special shout out to Sheila at the reception desk. Hotel location is near København central station and the metro. There are a lot of restaurants around and store to do grocery shopping. All reviews complained about the gentleman's club in front and behind the hotel but honestly we never saw it open or hear anybody being loud hanging out (and we stayed for 5 days). Room is very nice. We stayed at one of the newly renovated rooms. For the price, it is actually nicer and bigger than most rooms in Europe we stayed in (and we been to Oslo, Amsterdam, London).the bathroom is small but the shower and toilet is separated, which is like having 2 bathrooms and saves time when getting ready. Shower has dual heads which is a bonus. Our room has a window facing the courtyard.

The room sucked and was old and outdated. Having no TV channels was the worst part. Will never stay here again, nor will i recommend

However, you booked our smallest double room - also known as Economy Double, which we recommend for single use or for couples traveling on a budget - as you mention. If you discover that you have made a mistake and booked a room too small for your liking, please do not hesitate in contacting our 24/7 open reception to hear about upgrade possibilities. As you also mention, we do not have AC in our hotel. In the US it is common to have larger room with AC, but in Denmark it is more common to have smaller rooms in the city with no AC.I hope you enjoyed Copenhagen even though your experience with us did not live up to you expectations.
