Nice exterior - that's about all!

Selected this hotel due to architectural design. Attractive exterior - that's about all. Very disappointed with poor maintenance of guest room. Broken blinds, broken telephone socket, floorboard stain, coffee stains on glass at coffee making facilities, lifted skirting divider between bathroom and room. When I raised the defects with the Concierge, he told me that there are different standards of Marriott!

There's absolutely no issues with this property - it's clean, friendly, well-equipped for a good rest. Breakfast is just magnificent. The only thing I found to watch for is how large and busy it gets at times. Add extra time for busy elevators and potential switching between towers. I would definitely stay here again.
