Overpriced. You have to wait until exactly 3pm to check in. overall just the typical chain hotel catering to business people and groups of tourists. Bfast and bar menu also blah... nothing that you won’t find in regular hotels in US. They could have so much better food if they would serve local dishes.

Very close to the airport and the hotel provides aiport shuttle. But it is far away from the Copenhagen city center. Taxi is expensive so I would stay in a hotel close to the city if your main reason in Copenhagen is visiting attractions in the city.

The recieptionist Took a long time to check me in.

There was preferential treatment to certain people by the staff which I encountered a couple of times during the check in process. This was unprofessional, inappropriate and not acceptable.

This is perhaps the nicest hotel I've stayed at in the Copenhagen area.

Ten minutes from the airport (used the shuttle). Stayed here for 12 hours after a flight from Istanbul to Copenhagen and before a flight from Copenhagen to Chicago. The bed was so comfortable it was almost hard to leave for the airport.

While the hotel staff were pleasant, the woman in Basalt who sat us was very condescending and rude. She acted put out that we didn't have a reservation, even though there were plenty of empty tables. She also gave us the impression that we weren't good enough for her new fancy restaurant. We also had an issue with the shuttle from the airport. Why on earth it doesn't stop at terminal 2 is beyond me. We walked all the way down to terminal 3 only to discover that it left without us even though I'd called to say we were coming. Had to wait another 25 minutes for it to show up. For an "airport hotel" it's not very convenient.

Very Ikia 😩 bed is comfy fine hotel for business trips

Stunning architecture. Small but nicely appointed room. Located a short 300M walk to metro and 5 or 6 stops to downtown. Would return.

Hotel outside is very futuristic. Doesn’t translate necessarily to inside comfort though... lobby is ok. Staff is great - they go above and beyond trying to help. Room is mediocre .... don’t think lives up to Marriott’s standards... I understand it’s simplistic Scandinavian design theme inside, but coat bare wire hook in the room - not inspiring ... moreover carpet smells both in hallways and in the room. View - you look from the futuristic windows either to your neighbors’ rooms or to partially to some fields and empty areas... It is in the middle of nowhere / But very easy to reach 24/7 by car (ample parking) or by public transport (bus, subway). Wi-Fi is realtiviely fast at around 11 mbps / ok. Shuttle from to airport provided but when going To the Hotel need to ask Info of Airport / otherwise Good luck finding it / when going back TO the airport need to get ride ticket from the concierge. Runs from 6 am to 11 pm. Overall Ok Hotel c GREAT staff .... but Definitely NOT 4 stars... More 3.5 -3.7 ish...

Since we will be cruising to Scandinavia & Russia with Regal Princess from July 4, 2018 to July 15, 2018. We decided to stay 2 more nights in Copenhagen for sight seeing. We booked the AC Hotel by Marriott Bella Sky Copenhagen through Orbitz.com. The hotel is close to the airport, it has a unique modern design and has a good reviews. The front desk staff greet and welcome us as soon as we walk in. The room is clean, comfortable bed and pillow, the staff are very nice. The buffet food is a little salty but may be because we don't eat salty food at home. Overall we are very happy with our whole trip.

First visit to the AC Bella Sky and were very impressed with the design, room size and features, and great staff overall. Super modern and very clean. Breakfast was awesome - a wide range of fresh food. The only ding on the hotel was the housekeeping staff. Each room has a lighting system to show outside your door if you don’t want to be disturbed, need a new tray removed, or want the room cleaned. We chose this option on our first day and it was confirmed with a green light outside our door. Was gone all day and no maid showed up. We wound up just getting towels. On day 2, the maid did not provide new toiletries or tissues so we had to call for that. Was a bummer as this would have been a perfect experience otherwise.
