Cozy City-Centre Stay with a Sunny Garden

Enjoy a peaceful stay at street level in a traditional townhouse in one of Copenhagen’s most historic neighbourhoods. The area has a green, village-like atmosphere, while the city’s famous sights are within easy walking distance.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The private, open-plan guest space includes a full kitchen, dining area, sleeping area and a small sitting area with a piano, chairs and storage. It also has direct access to a sunny, south-facing courtyard with a table and barbecue.

The main sofa bed measures 120 × 190 cm. A separate pouffe folds out into a child’s bed measuring 70 × 200 cm.

The space accommodates:

* Up to two adults
* Two adults and one child aged 4–12
* One adult and up to two children aged 4–12

It does not accommodate three adults.

ACCESS AND FACILITIES

The guest space is separate from the hosts’ living space upstairs. Guests have their own private toilet, sink and shower room just across the shared entrance hall. These facilities are not used by the hosts.

One shower per registered guest per day is included.

A washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. Use of either machine costs DKK 50 per cycle. The hosts may occasionally enter the bathroom briefly to use the machines.

PETS

Two cats live at the property, and two tortoises may be in the courtyard during spring, summer and autumn. As animals are present at the address, the accommodation may not be suitable for guests with animal allergies.

The cats must never be allowed out into the street. Please take particular care when opening the street door and keep the door to the guest space closed.

LOCATION

The accommodation is situated in the historic Nyboder area, close to Rosenborg Castle and the King’s Garden, Amalienborg Palace, the Marble Church, Nyhavn, Kongens Nytorv, The Little Mermaid, Kastellet, Langelinie, the Botanical Garden, the National Gallery of Denmark and the Natural History Museum.

The harbour, metro, trains and other public transport are nearby, making it easy to reach Tivoli Gardens, the pedestrian shopping streets and the rest of Copenhagen.

HOUSE RULES

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the courtyard.

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00. Check-out is before 09:00.

The key must always be returned to the key box immediately after use, whether you are inside or out exploring the city, as the hosts use the same key.

Before checking out, please:

* Leave the guest space tidy and in the same condition as you found it.
* Take all rubbish to the large bin in the street.
* Remove all food from the kitchen and refrigerator.
* Strip the beds and place all used bed linen, towels and kitchen towels in front of the washer.
* Wash used dishes in the dishwasher and return them to the cupboards.

BIKE RENTAL

Two city bikes and one non-electric cargo bike may be available to rent for an additional charge through Spokeo or ListNRide.
