My Partner and I booked this hotel for a few nights following a cruise. We booked it specifically because of it's proximity to the airport but didn't realize it was a conference center. We found it to be an excellent hotel. The only disappointing thing about it was that there didn't seem to be many people there. I guess there wasn't a major conference there at the time? Otherwise, we loved it. At first we thought the location, being quite far away from downtown, might be a problem but it is next to a train stop and a major shopping center were there are plenty of dining options (if you want to try something other than the hotel restaurants). Also, it was a stop for a major tour bus company which carried us to downtown. This was a major convenience for us as we didn't take the time to figure out the train schedule.

Staff was extremely helpful with restaurant reservations, directions. When my wallet was stolen, staff assisted with phone calls and notifications to appropriate authorities.

Best thing about this hotel was Lilian at the reservation front desk, Over and above pleasant and accommodating. Checking in on a busy Fri afternoon with 2 boys 12 years old and one adult. Thought we had reserved an oversized room for extra beds and space but it came with one bed (for the 3 of us?) Lilian offered us a "Family Room" at a lower cost than our original regular room plus the added bed cost. She took time to check on our satisfaction and if there was anything she could do to make our stay better. Outstanding service! We were also advised that Radisson Blu Scandinavia typically DO NOT have AC. A 4-5 Star hotel with no AC? We were there with outside temperature of 80 degrees F*. But not to worry. You can get small fans for your room. This helped some but the room's wiring is set up that one switch shuts off ALL power sources for the room you have the fan blowing in. A bit tacky in my opinion. Terrific Breakfast Buffet. Poor design of it. Come One, Come All! It felt like being in a herd cattle fighting for space at the trough; then try scramble to find space at a table. More on the Staff. Lilian was outstanding especially when she recognized me the next day and addressed me by name. Must also give tribute to other staff from those busing tables in the Breakfast room to the cleaning staff. Good eye contact, big smiles, and positive attitudes.

We have a 2 year old and we found our room to be a good size. It rained one day we were there, so we decided to eat lunch at the hotel, but everything was closed! The only thing open was the bar and the food wasn't very good. I was disappointed. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, however. Very much worth the money and our toddler ate free. The room had a glass block wall between the bathroom and bed which made using the bathroom at night challenging without waking everyone else.

This was the great hotel I've stay in. I understand it was a distance from the main area but I don't mind the walking from and to the hotel. They gave you a welcome package with a map to the city wherever you decide to go. I didn't need room service everyday but they call me if I need anything (i.e. towels, garbage taken out or coffee bags, etc.). They also have bike rentals for you to use but check their rate daily (you can also rent the city bikes in the city areas). The breakfast area has great food and fresh daily and to be sure you have a breakfast package if there's any. I will recommended to everyone to this great hotel and I will stay here again.

Extremely convenient location: Take the Metro from the Airport and transfer at Christianshaven station to the the opposite Metro line and get off at Islands Brygge...you are two blocks from the hotel! Minutes from both Metro stations and bus stops. Rent a bike from the concierge and explore Copenhagen. Located on the edge of a nice neighborhood full of bakeries, restaurants, convenience stores all within easy walking distance. We had a beautiful city view on the 17th floor. After tiny rooms in Oslo and Stockholm (we weren't at Radisson Blu properties) the spacious room/bathroom was a wonderful change of pace. Staff was very responsive and informative.

Our room was very comfortable, the staff was helpful and the breakfast (included) was all anyone could ask for.

Our room was on the 10th floor. It overlooked a lake & park area which was very pleasant. The room was clean & met our needs. We enjoyed the walk about 25 minutes to the central city. Between the view & the walk it was a good place to observe Copenhagen.

Great stop. Great view. Helpful. No breakfast and food was expensive. Worked well to have room service food. Stayed in and enjoyed the view.

The hotel is just across the bridge from the city center. The room was tidy, comfortable and always well cleaned. Staff were very friendly and helpful and have some good local recommendations for dining. Having the FitnessDK on the premises was a huge plus - but there is also ample outdoor green areas across the street in which to get your fitness on as well. Overall, was pleased with the hotel, location and amenities.

The hotel was very nice, with a large room and fantastic views of the city. But it is too far from all the action and restaurants in the city center that drew me to Copenhagen in the first place. The staff were all very helpful, and I enjoyed the two weeks there. The Radisson Falconer would be a better choice of locations for most site-seeing.

Free Internet and room size prize it. Some kind of transportation to airport/city center would relieve of it's location lack of transportation options (no train, scarce bus schedule off-market hrs). Staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms are very clean compared to most Copenhagen hotels.. Great Japanese restaurant and decent breakfast. Would and will stay again.

This is an affordable price hotel in an expensive city. Because it is a tall building, the view from the room was great. Shortcoming of this hotel was that it was a Casino hotel which I was not much aware of it. Hard and rough toilet paper was placed in the bathroom but I enjoyed a big nice clean bathtub which was worth spending nights. The electrical outlet by the sink was completely dead and nobody has checked besides the guest. Though these shortcomings are believed within the range of my tolerance.

Arrived early in the morning and was treated well by staff until the room was ready. Excellent brunch at the hotel, great service in the rooms and throughout. Easy walking distance to downtown Copenhagen and Metro. Incredible views from the room of the city and rivers.

Decent room, but thin walls so not very quiet. Very nice fully equipped gym. Restaurants overpriced (very) but not much else in the area. Quite a hike from city center.

If you have business at the University of Copenhagen's campus nearby, the ITU, or DR, this is a great place. It is also a short walk to the city center, or to Christianshavn. And, it is near Metro lines, including the one that serves CPH. The staff were nice, the room was clean, perhaps a tad small. The walls were a bit thin, but not terribly so. Wi-fi worked as it should, which is not always the case in many hotels lately, it seems. I'll stay here again.

Walked and were able to rent bicycles from the hotel. Basic, though adequate for getting around the city. Dis miss having coffee in the rooms.

The facility and service were good with very friendly staff. The restaurents were very good. The hotel provided free internet service, the concierge had a stock of power adapters to loan out for free -- this was a nice touch. However, furnatures were old, mettress was smelly, and the room had a tiny TV that looked 20 years old. The place must have better rooms, but I think it was a mistake to get this as a part of a package deal.
