Hotel too far from center of town. Nothing around the hotel

It was conveniently located to great shopping, restaurants & the amusement park. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was wonderfully family oriented. My teenagers loved the pool. We loved it so much we stayed twice.

Close to center of city. Wife recovering from hospital stay previous few days. Limited sight seeing but would use this hotel next time.

Our room wasn't ready on time. We were exhausted with jet lag, no transportation, and they told us to come back in a few hours because they were busy. Duh. It's a huge hotel. Of course they are busy. Staff accordingly. The rooms were too small for 4, so we needed 2 rooms. We paid $1500 for 2 rooms for two nights. Very tiny, standard rooms. Very over-priced. We were charged for mini bar items that we didn't consume. We're not able to get coffee for our second morning. And, insulting icing on the cake, were charged $125 for mediocre buffet breakfast for 4 people. Surely there is a better hotel option in Copenhagen. We definitely will make a point of not staying at Tivoli hotel again.

The hotel was nice, close to an industrial area. Food was excellent- views very nice.

Great stay-excellent staff. Stayed 3 nights- saw Copenhagen & Roskilde

Great value. Only a 10 min walk to Tivoli Gardens.

My kids loved it. Mini golf, indoor pool and the game room made for a great experience.

From the first moment I entered our room I had the feeling that the management of this hotel is failing in it's job. The decor is garish, the furniture is uncomfortable, and the staff seems to have been informed never to be generous. The one time I requested room service the request was forgotten. Staff members seemed not to have the permission to give little things to guests that, if given, would have engendered good will at little cost to the hotel. For example, while we were initially happy to get a free upgrade to an "executive suite", the room was surprisingly small to have such an exalted name, and the upgrade did not include the breakfast that the hotel could have included. When we were informed that breakfast would not be offered, the staff member could have chosen to help by referring us to the concierge desk for help finding a place to eat. Such a little thing would've gone a long way to salving the wound of not being offered breakfast. Our query about the chocolates that are provided to "executive suite" customers would not be available to us, we were surprised to find chocolates the second day. It was clear that the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. The absence of generosity of spirit in the hotel suggested that the business is cutting corners to try to stay afloat. I would not be surprised if it's in the process of failing.

Just under a mile from the Central Station and the amusement Park. Nothing else real close other than hotels. Clean & very professional staff. Wi-Fi a little weak.

We stayed here because of an overnight from our plane flight from Amsterdam to Los Angeles. This place was clean although undergoing some reconstruction. We did not have much time to do more than sleep. Staff was friendly, and accommodations quirky but fun. Main problem was the distance from the hotel to town. Quite a long walk. Nothing else close for meals or entertainment.

There is shuttle service from the hotel, but I prefer hotels near the Square. The only reason I would not return to this hotel is the location.

Nice clean hotel. Tour buses just at their doorstep.

About 20 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens and tourist areas. Very comfortable hotel. Family of 4 felt comfortable in 2 beds. 5 minute walk to huge mall.

I went to this hotel because it showed when I clicked the box free parking. They have parking but it's pay only and there is no street parking in the neighborhood. The hotel is located in a impersonal subdivision of glass office buildings. You have to walk about 600 meters get to the train station which is the first restaurant outside the hotel. I would only recommend this hotel to someone who has business to do in the area. They do have an excellent but costly breakfast.

Long layover - and they were good for a family room with bed for the kids. Room was a bit small (well, with 4 of us!) and somewhat away from the center of things - but overall very nice.

We spent only one night here but would have happily stayed longer. Family quad is a bit small for a family of four but beds were comfortable. Our room overlooked the water which was very nice. Pleasant walk to town center. Would stay again.

Very nice rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to Tivoli and Train-station but would take a cab from Train-station if travelling with large luggage. Would definitely book there again!

Tivoli was below value per cost. Very cramped and incredibly uncomfortable beds. Staff tried to sell up as soon as u arrive. Must be a better spot 4 families. Loved Copenhagen but hotel was only adequate. NO way is this a 4 star experience

Hotel Staff were very helpful and courteous , a great place to stay .
