Hotel in walking distance to everything i had planned to visit.

Hotel is not near any transportation. To get to the train station is a very long walk with luggage. No stores are close. Carpet was dirty. No shower caps. Very little soap. Pillows were very nice. Staff were very nice.

Decent sized room...didn't stay in it much except to sleep. Good wifi and a/c. Hotel is close to everything and is clean and well maintained. Hotel bar didn't have a ton of options. Me and my wife walked almost everywhere. A lot of restaurants/cafes in the area.

nice location close to the town square close to the palace super location

The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean. The pool, fitness center, bar, and location were all nice as well. The only minor drawbacks were: the size of the refrigerator, the glass door around the bathroom. It was smoky to obstruct view, but not 100%. The lights in the room were weird, turning on the initial light also turned on the bathroom light which was slightly inconvenient.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the canal. The staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean and adequately equipped. Despite the small shower, it was a joy to jump in every day. The room has an interesting mechanic in that it turns off the power until you activate it w your card. I guess this is a power saving feature. The two issues I had with the room was the fact that it doesnt appear to have an adjustable thermostat and the blankets are comically small. Copenhagen in general doesnt seem to believe in much air conditioning. It had air conditioning, and when stripped down for bed it was decent enough, but during the day after bicycling around the town, it would be nice to jump into a room thats cool and refreshing without having to shower to cool down.

The coffee was not good in the room. We are accustomed to filtered coffee and coffee provided free of charge in the lobby. That was not available. The only other complaint was that we were told that the taxi will be between 200-250 Kroner. It ended up being 290 KK. Everything else was very good. The front desk also sent up ice for us. Thank you for the nice stay.

This hotel met all our expectations and the quality of the service was excellent.

Sunny from the front desk is very professional and helpful during our visit.

Hotel is new with a nice indoor swimming pool and an excellent fitness area. Wifi is great as everywhere in Denmark. Our room was a little on the small side, but still very comfortable. Only negative note is the location, it is 15/20min walking distance from the city center. Public transportation is available but not very easy and/or frequent (e.g. no metro stop nearby).

The staff here is amazing and the rooms very comfortable. (Kristian at the Concierge desk should be GM by the time I visit next. Great customer service. I would have give the total experience a 5.0 but, from a tourist point of view, the location is not ideal It is quite far from the center of town and situated directly next to the train yard for Copenhagen's Central Train station. There are miles of railroad tracks behind the hotel and you need to walk quite a ways to get around them...or take a taxi. It's not an area in which I would walk alone at night. The Japanese Restaurant and the Steak House are very good, albeit expensive. The hotel's "brasserie" is nothing special at all. They have a very limited menu. I'm sure most people are out for lunch so it's a decent menu for the purpose. Their room service is based on "green" delivery. If you order room service it will come in a paper bag or cardboard box w/ plastic utensils, or none at all, in the case of a pizza with the toppings falling off and no way to put them back but your fingers.. As well, there is a $5 delivery charge any time you order room service. You do have the option to pick it up in your "to go" bag. However, that being said, as a conference center, with meetings during the day, and planned activities at night, it's perfect. The hotel is whimsically decorated with "Tivoli" characters and so the artwork and atmosphere are lovely.

Good central location to city center...great breakfast staff

Hotel too far from center of town. Nothing around the hotel
