Hotel was clean and staff very welcoming. Areas around the hotel were clean and area felt very safe. Close to the train station and bus stops, with taxis awaiting at all times on the forecourt. Breakfast was of good quality and a wide range of options. Did get very busy, even though a booking system was in place.

We would return to the Tivoli
Hotel was comfortable and warm, room was not cosy largely due to cold tiled floor at entrance to room. Room was clean and functional however. Convenient location with easy access to the sites of Copenhagen on foot. No 17 bus from outside hotel goes to the main railway station and takes 5-10 minutes avoiding a 20 minute walk when weather is bad. Metro is not far away especially if accessed by walking through the nearby mall. Mall has great shopping and IKEA is across the road from it. 12 hour transport ticket on DOT app on Saturday s and Sundays was great value. We recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, room was comfy and spacious and had everything you would expect. TVs had chromecast so you would watch Netflix, YouTube etc. the pool, sauna and gym were all very good. Location is a slightly out of the way, it’s a 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station and 15 minutes from Copenhagen central station. Overall very nice and good hotel would stay there again but if you want to be in the city centre maybe not for you
