Comfort hotel is located right close to everywhere you need to be, train station, tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping. Staff are friendly, hotel is clean, and extremely secure. Breakfast was included with our stay and was more than satisfactory. Would not hesitate to return.
Very good location, a few minutes walk away from the railway station and tivoli. Very friendly staff. We arrived early in the morning but got our room right away. The room was spacious and clean with only very basic facilities but it was stylish and had a funky style. The breakfast was good with many options, eg fresh fruits, soy milk, gluten free bread. Would definitely stay here again!
Very well placed with good professionals managing the hotel. Very close from Copenhagen central station and to the main attractions with the city center. Plenty of services are available close to the hotel. Excellet breakfast and facilities.
Comfortable and clean facilities. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast choice with alternatives for lactose free and gluten free diets. Coffee was not good though - unusual as excellent in other venues in Copenhagen.
The hotel is in a good location near shops and Copenhagen station. The staff are great. Buffet breakfast is a good spread. But our room on the 5th floor was right next to an entrance door for our floor and we could hear people coming in and out. My star rsting is lower because of the half pillow I got which was not comfortable and the thin single blanket for both myself and my boyfriend in a double bed. You would expect a double duvet and pillows not half a pillow.
This was the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. Last year we couldn't fault the hotel and it felt very grand but this visit, it felt like we were staying in a chain hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious, fresh and filling. However, the barman in the restaurant was rude and belittled us about our meal choice. Our room was quiet but being in the corner, only had a tiny window. The room smelled of sewerage and we were woken on two mornings by the sound of trolleys being wheeled over wooden or concrete floors. The hotel was very expensive and I chose it due to its great location and our experience from the same time year last year. But I won't be staying there again.
This hotel is very similar to mid-range, moderate priced hotel chains in the states, Ramada Inns, Comfort Inns, Best Western, etc. The room was not large, the furnishing very basic. The bathroom small but clean. Overall the room met our needs. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection to choose from. The price was moderate for Europe, high for the U.S. The Central Train Station is within a few blocks of the hotel. City bus stops are outside the main entrance. The only problem was the air conditioning was not turned on and it was extremely warm.
We booked two rooms in advance for a family of four. On arrival they had no adjacent rooms for us. We got two rooms very far away from each other. One of the rooms had very bad smell. It was not possible to open the windows dor fresh air. We had to call for maintenace late in the evening. A terrible experience.
Comfortable small Clean room. Décor was a bit over powering but very cosy bed. Staff was friendly the breakfast buffet had an excellent variety on offer. The floors need better signage as it’s not so easy to find your room especially if it’s ending in an odd number. Good hotel for business travel. Situated in a good location with loads of restaurant facilities nearby.
We have stayed in this hotel in Copenhagen only one night, good location, great value for money and professional staff at the reception. We had dinner in one restaurant near Tivoli and we decided to have an after dinner drink at the bar of the hotel before going to sleep. They had a problem with the ice machine, the ice was coming already kind of melted, the bar tender from Romania served us the vodka with crushed ice as he shakered instead of filtering the vodka through the ice. Anyway we had the drinks and when we were paying we made a suggestion to the bar tender as he should not serve a drink like that, he got very argumentative pointing the finger at the ice machine, we did not want money back but at least an apology. I suggest the hotel but definitely not the bar with this arrogant staff.
