This hotel is as advertised. A lovely, albeit small roomed, hotel in a great location. Walking distance to train station and Tivoli Gardens. The bed pillows are small compared to american sizes -- about the size of a throw pillow -- but they were good enough to sleep on! The restaurant was AMAZING. I had steak with bernaise sauce 2 nights and it was fabulous. Pia at the concierge desk was absolutely lovely -- she was helpful, kind and friendly. I'd certain stay here again.
The location is good and it's only a short and nice walk to what you need. The service is great from you arrive until you are leaving. The breakfast and the breakfast area is very good. In short a very nice hotel for a good price.
Our first night in Copenhagen and we found this place! It's very modern and very welcoming. The service was good and the food was delicious, very filling! There was a good choice on the menu too! Thanks guys 🙂
We stayed for 4 days early Dec 2017, We had a small double due only to availability and although it was compact, it was perfectly adequate for a city break, The decor is very boutique and modern , very different from anywhere I have stayed before, The room was comfortable with excellent heat control. The breakfast was generous and good, It has a very comfortable reception area where you can have drinks and you can recharge your phones and pads. Te staff were lovely, would recommend a stay here.
Stayed there for three nights. Great location - walking distance to everything (except the Little Mermaid!!). Staff very friendly. Checkout midday but no problem when I requested an extra hour. Locked secure area to keep bags. Breakfast very crowded - it's a BIG hotel and the breakfast area is quite small for the number of people. Queues to cut bread!! Choice of food was excellent. Served up to 11am. Room was small but comfortable. Only negative was that the room carpet was really dirty - needed a good vacuum. And there was some mould around the bath area. But the shower was first class. Given the price, this was not too big a complaint. There is an attached bar area with food served. It's NOT part of the hotel. Service there a bit less friendly than in the hotel. The male waiters need to go on the course.
Great hotel. Central location. Easy walk from central station. I felt a bit unwell on day of check out and was told no problem - I could stay in my room as long as needed. Rooms are small but clean and cosy. Only one thing I would like was the facility to make tea/coffee in room. The bar is lovely and relaxing with a good atmosphere. Great to have the facility to leave bags free of charge. One thing take the train and not the metro from the airport. You will have to change to get to Central Station.
I loved our stay at Comfort Hotel. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, location is central. Copenhagen central station is a 5 minute walk away, as is Tivoli. The high street is about 10 minutes walk away. Hotel breakfast was great. Great choice unlike in some hotel breakfasts'. The bacon was to die for! Quite a large seating room aswell and it was lovely and relaxing with the music and lighting to reflect it being early. Calming shall we say. The room was perfect for us, being two of us, but if you have suitcases, I don't know where you'd store them. We only had backpacks. Other than that a great room. You can get bigger rooms in the hotel, but we didn't bother. Wasn't an issue for us but I feel for some, it would be. We walked to all of the attractions we wanted to do in Copenhagen. Including the little mermaid statue. It took us about 35/40 minutes. We thought we may as well take in the sights of the city, so the hotel is not far from the major attractions at all really. I'd recommend staying here and would happily stay here again myself.
This hotel is very well situated for the city centre, close to the station and places to eat. The breakfast is excellent; fresh food every morning with plenty of choice and as much as you could eat. Staff are all friendly and helpful and it's a perfect place to stay for a short visit. The reception area is a good place to sit and there are plenty of opportunities to charge electronic items in the area.
While not fancy, the Comfort Hotel Vesterbro is clean, comfortable ( a certain Scandinavian sleek, basic style) and on a pretty quiet street. (Copenhagen is quite laid-back, anyway.). The breakfast had a nice assortment of food and it was served in a large room. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location could not be beat- walking distance to the Hop-On buses, many local inexpensive restaurants, delis and major attractions. While the price was not inexpensive, it was worth it-fits all of my needs. ( Seems popular with tour groups.) I'd stay again.
This very central hotel offers a great location, great room, and great breakfast for a modest price. If you are coming from the airport you an get the train to Kobenhavn H (central) and it is then a 5 minute walk so super convenient. The foyer Is large and the rooms well equipped, comfortable and good bathroom (not always the case in Danish hotels). Great value at a discounted price.
