The rooms were nice but small compared to other hotel rooms. Room temperature couldn’t be controlled from the room. They don’t have any heating in the hotel, so in winter it could be cold.

CitizenM Miami Worldcenter is what happens when a hotel decides to actually get out of your way and just let you enjoy being somewhere cool. From the moment you walk in, everything works. Check-in is fast and mercifully painless, the staff is sharp without being overbearing, and the whole place feels like it was designed by people who travel a lot and got tired of nonsense. Clean lines, smart lighting, and a lobby that feels more like a well-curated living room than a waiting area. The rooms are compact but brilliantly thought out. The bed is absurdly comfortable, the linens crisp, and the tech—lights, blinds, temperature—does exactly what it’s supposed to do without making you feel like you’re solving a puzzle. You’re not here to pace the room; you’re here to sleep well, shower hot, and wake up ready for Miami. The location is dead-on perfect. You’re right in the Worldcenter with easy access to downtown, Brickell, and the beach without feeling trapped in tourist chaos. It’s convenient without being noisy, central without being soulless. Downstairs, the common areas invite you to linger. Coffee is solid, the bar knows what it’s doing, and the vibe is relaxed but intentional—no forced luxury, no fake boutique pretension. Checking in was very easy. There were staff on hand to help with the check in process. It’s electronic on iPads in the lobby. Hotel located in a great place for access to the cruise port. There was also a bar and restaurant next to the hotel although the hotel itself has a good bar. The rooftop pool & bar has a great view. There was enough sun loungers, sofas and chairs as well as towels available to use. I’d suggest asking for a room higher than floor 2 or 3. Our room had the metro mover line right outside the window so we didn’t really have a great view even though we looked over the Kaseya Center and the bay. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close properly either. We weren’t too bothered as it was myself and my partner but if I was sharing with a friend, I’d have complained. The room lights, blinds and TV etc are all controlled by the iPad in the room. It has various “moods” that you can choose too which was quite cool. Our iPad was a bit cracked and at times wasn’t as responsive as you’d expect but we were able to use it. We were only staying 1 night so the view, bathroom door and cracked iPad weren’t an issue for us. If we were to go back to Miami we’d stay here again especially if it’s for a cruise as we walked across the bridge rather than take a taxi.
