Room was wonderful however the room that I had booked months before was not available and the only option was for me to upgrade my room for an additional $50. I was also asked to sign a document to confirm the upgrade. I don’t think that I should have to pay for an upgrade when my room is not available. What was I supposed to do at that point? Also our phone was not working in the room so I had to go down to the restaurant to order room service and when it didn’t arrive, I called down to the restaurant and they said oh we thought you received your order because we didn’t get a call from you saying that you didn’t receive it. So basically until I complain they’re not going to fill the room service order. This hotel had a very interesting and backwards way of handling problems. They put the responsibility on the customer and don’t take accountability for their faults.
