Amazing stay!! We went for the Taylor swift concert and they made it such a special experience. The hotel was ever clean. The staff was friendly. The food and drinks were good. Everything you need right there. Highly recommend.

No Follow Through

The front desk advised they would get me and my friends on the same floor but our rooms were not available early at 3pm so they would email or call us when they were ready. They never contacted us and when we returned that night, our rooms were on all different floors.

Unless you want to pay $42 on top of your room fee just for parking, go somewhere else. The staff was rude and hard to understand. The light in the bathroom kept shutting off on us and the patio door didn't close right, turning off the AC.

Honest review

The staff is terrible, they are just angry and don’t seem to like there jobs very much. They are rude and were absolutely not helpful in anyway. The hotel itself is very clean. There are a lot of hidden fees. They tell you, you have a 35$ per day credit to use. But it’s really your own money they take out the holding fee. Whether you use it or not they charge you the 35$ a day. That’s ridiculous. No microwaves in the room. If you need to do laundry good luck getting change. We travel a lot and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had at a so called 4star hotel. We stayed at The Grand, which is right next to the Marriott and it’s a 3 star and is worlds better. If I pay 500$ for 2 nights plus 45$ parking per night I expect exceptional service. And we did not receive that.

Weekend Getaway

Checking was quick. Room was good size and the view was beautiful. The room was clean and housekeeping was polite and helpful. The balcony is a bit small but it is still enjoyable.

I liked the view from room. What i didn’t like was: person took things on cart and left against wall and left. Person behind desk did not greet at all. He asked if had reservation. I had to say to him: hello how are you and welcome to the Marriott. How can I help you? He took deep breath. And asked for my ID. I said to him had reservation and text said room is ready. He asked for my id. He gave key for room. No direction for elevator and how to get to room. So I had to go back and ask him.
