Beautiful 2 Bedroom suite overlooking the Biscayne Bay and Ocean. Nice meal at the poolside restaurant. Friendly and helpful all staff including Parking Valets, Front Desk, Concierge and Restaurant. I highly recommend staying at The Elser Hotel, that is very close to the Bayside Park, Miami Cruise Port, Kaseya Sports Center and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.

I have stayed here before! So this being my second time I was disappointed in some things. The room was. It fully cleaned. I found hair all over the shower. Including mucus in the shower. For the week I stayed no one ever came to clean the room. I had to ask multiple times for new towels. To top it off one of the toilets was clogged and waited 3days for someone to come fix it. After calling and speaking with someone at the front desk. This place was beautiful the first time around. I would have gave 5 stars if this wouldn’t have happened. It seemed like cleaning rooms wasn’t a priority. The cleaning ladies were rude when I asked if they were going to ever go into my room.

I totally love my stay at The Elser Hotel. The view from the 33 floor was incredible and the amenities was 10/10. I can’t wait to visit again. There was one individual would stood at the door that almost made my stay unpleasant. They are racist people in this world and we just have to ignore them and push forward. Other than one incident all of the stuff was extremely helpful.

The hotel was very nice. Friendly staff and the room was top notch. I loved the setup of the room and the amenities that were there. I will be back for another stay in the future!
