It took some time to write this review because I was dealing with death in my family. But now that I have the time here goes...
To start the parking is the absolute worst. You have this parking garage that takes you to the highest floor with the curves and corners so tight not even a small car can fit. It was such a hassle and inconvenience when it came to parking it took 15 mins to get to the floor because is was designated parking and 15 mins to get down to the street the worse experience Ever! And to make it easier I use my handy cap sticker and parked on a different floor and was threaten with a boot and tow when the handy cap parking was full on the floor we was told to park on. Now the views was nice that's about it. The Apartment was not clean the tub had dirt around it and not enough towels were provided. The hot water in the shower wasn't working so I called and reported it and the lady told me "there's a trick to it" you have to turn it a certain way and not to much to get hot water. What? its bootlegged and I cant come to terms on why your charging so much for and apartment that is not fully functional. The guest service was rude and unresponsive when trying to figure out the handicap parking. It's not what it's cut out to be there were wires hanging from the closet area it was just wrong and a horrible stay. I wish I can post the pictures I have might just add them on google reviews and yelp.
