the host was very communicative & helpful from the jump! i had no issues getting in & leaving in & out but if you dont do your research on where this place is exactly you wouldnt know it is smack in the middle of the hood. if i was traveling alone as a woman i would be definitely a little nervous. also, the bed, sheets/ blankets & pillows that are provided were just okay, i was always sweating at night & the air didnt go lower then 68 so i had to just deal with it. the pillow seemed like those pillows you put on your bed with your actual pillow to make your bed look fancy & nice but not that great for sleeping on. overall though the house was pretty nice & a lot of streaming sites were already logged into.
