Airport shuttle not convenient. Does not run often as compared to other properties in the area. Do not use this property of this odd one of your determining factors.
Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever been. The toilet didn’t work. They send me to an occupied room. The young man that attended me in the lobby very unprofessional. Only the driver was nice and enough to assist me.
Nice breakfast assortment but very very crowded and noisy. The dinning is also the check in and out space. For the price we expected nicer facilities and indoor access to the room.
Caution tape was on the stairs going down...does not look safe... Exterior was not impressive...inside was better. Very clean rooms...nothing smelled of smoke (a positive!).

Unprofessional staff. Had to wait almost an hour and half before shuttle. Not answering phone at all.
The Front desk person was so awesome < i believe her name was Nancy(bad with names) she was so kind and so helpful and made our stay wonderful.
Poor conditions, toilet didn't flush, dirty, hot water not working and pool was out of service. Do not recommend at all!
The location, rooms, in convenience checking in, THE INTERNET was HORRIBLE. Total Bad Experience.
