It is a nice hotel that is clean, close to the airport, and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Has an airport shuttle and you can pay for a cruise port shuttle. The only negative is the location os not within walking distance to food places.

The airport shuttle service was extremely unreliable. I arrived at the shuttle zone at 10:35 AM and called the hotel at 10:45 AM, where I was told the driver would be notified. I called again at 11:18 AM, and still no shuttle arrived. After waiting until 11:30 AM, I had to pay for a taxi. During this time, I saw multiple other hotel shuttles picking up and returning for more guests, while mine never showed up. Breakfast was adequate, wifi is good but the AC in the room made the air feel stuffy and uncomfortable.

The rooms were very clean and comfy. The hotel is up to date and packed with amenities. The staff is nice. The shuttle was timely which is important because the Miami airport can be a monster. The king bed was comfortable and lifted a perfect height from the ground. Love the updated bathroom.
